Zoey felt a large weight shift on her bed, waking up her senses. The tangy smell of smoke entered her nostrils and she opened her eyes. Teep's lizard like head was leaned over her, his eyes wide.

Zoey jolted up, and looked at him, with a swift nod she raced to put some clothing on and dash to the door. By the time she had gotten there Teep was already pacing, the way he would do whenever nervous.

They rushed down the stairs as the lift would take to much time, when they got down they realized that half the building had caught on fire. They raced out the double doors to meet their friends, Martyn, who had a phobia of fire, had a burn stretched down his arm. And Honeydew's beard looked to be singed. Minor damage.

Zoey looked around in search of Lalna, when she found him he was helping an old women fix her badly burned leg and motioned her out of the village, moving on to the next one. When Zoey approached him he hugged her holding her tightly. "I'm glad to see you made it out." He whispered in her ear, as he broke the hug apart to help a young boy.

"Where are Lomadia and Xephos?" Zoey asked as she scanned the crowed of people that were filing out of the town. "Went to evacuate some more of the buildings, we're trying to get everyone out." He replied and he bandaged the boy's leg and scooted him toward the exit.

Zoey nodded as she sat next to him and called the next person in line to be treated over to her. About a million villagers later, Xephos came back with a coughing Lomadia. "She inhaled to much smoke," he said bringing her over to Zoey and Lalna.

"Everyone is nearly evacuated." He called out to the group, some sighed with relief.

"That's what you think," a familiar voice growled playfully from a pile of burning rubble. Zoey couldn't help her self but to look up and see what almost stopped her breathing.

Zombie boss, being the one who had said it, was supposing most of the attention was most likely going to him, but it wasn't. It was going to the young man beside him.

"R-Rythian." Zoey said looking at him with full shock, surprise, and a rush of happiness. The man didn't look at her he just gazed over the crowed. In most ways he looked himself, but he'd also changed slightly. His clothing was darker and covered more of his skin. His mask was on tightly like always, but his hair was out of place and stuck up in different directions.

Zoey's eyes shifted to the women who's arm was draped over his shoulder, her skin was green with spots dotting it, scales like a creeper. Her hair was stringy and the same color as her skin, her eyes were black holes that seemed to be digging into Zoey's skin.

The way the she held Rythian made Zoey veins turn to ice. She hadn't seen him in forever, at least that's what it had felt like.

"Rythian what are you doing?" Xephos called out, as Zoey couldn't find a way to talk.

It took a minute for the young man to realize they were talking to him, he looked at the spaceman, "Oh, you mean me." His sweetish accent was strong and made Zoey shiver physically and mentally. "It took me a minute," He chuckled, "but sadly you're mistaken. My name isn't Ryhtan, it's Ender." He said stumbling on his pronunciation of his own name.

"Wait, what? You don't even remember your own name?" Sjin called out, disbelief in his voice. 'Ender' turned his attention towards the farmer, "Again, you are mistaken, my name is Ender." His voice had a tang of annoyance.

"Eh, their just stupid humans." Zombie boss chuckled and Ender rolled his eyes.

Zoey bit her lip, and gathered up her courage, "So, Ender, you're saying you don't remember any of us." She prayed this was just a sick joke he was playing on the rest of them.

He nodded, "I've never met any of you, I've heard something's but that's all."  he looked pointedly at Xephos and Honeydew.

She felt scales brush pass her arm, and looked to the right, Teep was staring at Ender with a deep glare. She put her hand on his arm as a gesture to calm him down.

"Ender, maybe you sssshould teach them a lesson?" The creeper girl smiled, and Ender's jaw tensed, "Maybe the red head there?" Zombie boss suggested and the creeper girl nodded. Ender's gave stopped at Zoey making her freeze.

"You both know I don't hit girls, lets just go we made our presence known." He waved them of averting his gaze from Zoey and to behind them.

For some reason Zoey felt a rush of anger, like his attention was the only thing she'd ever wanted and she was going to get it one way or another. In one swift movement she'd grabbed Teep's bow and pulled it back far enough for it to land in front of Ender, startling him.

A dark glare was brought back to Zoey's face, in which she replied to it with a smirk. Raising her chin and coming to the front of the group. Ender's eyes flashed a deep, almost black, purple and then he vanished.

Reappearing less then inch away from her face, he growled at her, which was loud enough for ever one to hear, "You've got guts I'll give you that." He swished around, in enough time for Zoey to drop the bow and grab something very important.

Someone must of gasped because it caused Ender to turn around, his eyes grew wider and darker, as if pleading for her to stop. What she was doing was risky, but she had to prove herself. She huffed pointing non other than Enderbane in a strike pose.

"Are you kidding me," he hissed, out of no where about 5 endermen appeared I front of him and dashed at Zoey. She cut the first two down easily, the last three would be more difficult. Trying to remember all the weapon, and training lessons from so long ago she started to move.

Not particularly doing anything, but just remaining in moment, it was harder for endermen to target when you kept moving.

The next endermen dashed and Zoey sprang slicing it down. She continued to move and waited for the next one. This one must have been more clever because it came at her from the side, in which her fast movement allowed her to chop it down quite easily.

She waited, in full motion for the last one to revel itself, the tension hang in the air like icicles. Finally Zoey heard the teleport noise and got ready to attack, but she saw nothing. Panic engulfed her as she felt the black gunky arms grab around her, burning her exposed flesh.

She could hear Ender laugh as she groaned in pain, she saw him from the corner of her eye, turn around and do a shrugging motion. The thing he wasn't expecting was the sound of the endermen dying a few seconds later.

Zoey stood there, burn marks on the sides of her arms, black gunk in her hair, and long panted breaths as she watched Ender turn around with curiosity, and then gasp.

"Only someone with experience with enderman could be able to do that," he snarled in her direction. She took a bow and then flung his sword over to his feet, barley missing his toes. "And I'll tell you what, they're not very good at socializing." Zoey said watching his movements.

"We're leaving," he snarled at the Zombie boss and creeper girl who we're completely unsure of what happened, but taking the hint in Ender's voice the grabbed his arms. Turning slowly he met eye contact with Zoey and hissed, "This isn't over Red." and they disappeared in a fit of sparks.

Zoey felt her encounter with the enderman take it's toll as she collapsed to the ground.
