Chapter 24 - Life is like a Race!

Ellie's POV

20 March, Wednesday, 8:00pm

I have talked with Thierry about Rubie's problem and I know that he haven't talk to Rubie about this yet because he is kind busy doing the extra work of the exchange project. Suddenly, Rubie walk into my room and sit on my bed.

"Hi, Ellie. Have you ask about him?" Rubie asked.

"Yes, I did. You have ask this question over a hundred times already. You are really being paranoid." I said.

"I don't know okay... I like him and he never said anything to me." Rubie said.

"Well... you give him a fake identity at first. And you kind of start the whole chasing game." I said.

"I am not the one who started the chasing game. It is just that he.... never mind." Rubie said.

"Rubie, my advise here is that you should wait for him to talk to you. I have talked to him and he said he will talk to you later and figure the whole situation out whether he want to continue this relationship or not." I said.

Monique come back from the canteen and give me the sandwich that I have ask her to buy.

"Hi, Rubie." Monique said.

"Hi, Monique." Rubie said.

"So you here for relationship problem solving skills again?!" Monique said and laugh.

"Yes, kind of." Rubie said. Then, she receive a text from Thierry.

'Got something to talk to you. Meet me in my room.' - Thierry

Then I give Rubie a face of I told you so. Next, Rubie rush out of my room and go to find Thierry. I close the room door after Rubie was gone.

"Monique, I want to talk to you about Kasey." I said.

"Sure, why not." Monique said.

"Are you still in a relationship with her?" I said.

"Yea. It is just that we are not talking to each other. We are kind of having a cold war." Monique said.

"Well, you should talk to her about your sexually and what do you really want from her. It is clear that now you don't want a girlfriend-girlfriend relationship so you should let her go." I said.

"Ellie, you don't need to worry about this. I am cool right now and I know what to do. It is time for us to find true love." Monique said.

"I am glad you thought of that way." I said.

Gigi's POV

The following is a spolier of a conversation between Rubie and Thierry.

Rubie get into Thierry's room and there is only Thierry in the room.

"Hi, I have got your text." Rubie said.

"Rubie, I just want to know that do you like me. I don't want to play this game anymore and it is true that I have got feelings for you after the whole Miami thing." Thierry said. Then, Thierry hug Rubie and kiss her. Rubie kiss back and trap her arms around his body.

"Thierry, I like you and I want to move on from my past and I feel bad for using you." Rubie said.

"Ellie have told me that you got a long term crush. Is this what it is all about?" Thierry asked.

"Yea. He name is Curtis. He is my brother's best friend. He is the one I lost my vaginally to. He is the one that I thought I will spent the rest of my life with and it turn out that everything that I ever thought of it is wrong." Rubie said.
