Over describing School (Winter)

A cold breeze chills me to the bone. School in winter is ok, except for the freezing temperatures. I glance over at the heaters, where a large group huddled together like penguins, but not that close. I don't even move an inch, afraid that I'll lose the warmth that took me so long to gather. The winter snow beckoned us outside with its beautiful shimmer and purity, yet no one budges. Even though we have our school jumpers on, clearly it isn't enough, especially for us girls who have skirts. The least they can do is allow leggings and thermals for all of us. The teacher continues with her lesson, occasionally sipping their coffee as the rest of us suffer. Mornings, you really learn to hate them, especially in Winter.
