A/N: Hey all! It's been a while since the last update, so here you go! Submission for Harry's girlfriend is closed but the others' are still open. Shoot me a message if you/your character would like to be in the story. xx Lennie
The next morning, the door unlocked and flew open. Harry marched in and yanked the curtains open, blinding all of us. I heard a manly groan and saw that Liam had curled up on the couch and Niall was sprawled across the bed.
“Rise and shine, ladies!” Harry thundered. “I’ve brought you a present! It’s the world’s worst hangover!”
“Haz, shut the fuck up!” Niall yelled into the pillow. “Do you have to make such an ungodly racket?”
“What? I’ve got to break in my new ski boots somehow,” he grinned, waggling his boot clad foot.
“You’re killing me head!” Liam groaned. “Your voice makes me sick!”
“Well, then, you’ll love my singing!” Harry crooned goofily. Liam threw a pillow at his head angrily, but Harry caught it and serenaded it as if it were a girl. Jade giggled at him and he grinned since he managed to make someone laugh, no matter how lame his attempt was. “But really, there’s some food downstairs if anyone’s hungry.” Liam hopped up and ran down the stairs, followed immediately by the girls. As I began to leave, Harry grabbed my arm and stopped me as Niall crossed his arms.
“I don’t want to talk about it yet,” I said when they gave me a knowing look.
“I don’t think you should spend any more time with him,” Harry said.
“We don’t like how he makes you feel,” Niall agreed.
“I don’t even know if I like him anymore,” I lied. “I don’t know what I’m going to do yet.” My phone buzzed and they both looked at me disapprovingly. The text read: can we talk? I’ll meet u in the café at one? U don’t have to come but I really want to sort things out w/ u. “Just relax.”
“If it’s him, don’t go. He’s not worth it,” Harry said.
“We love you, and we want what’s best for you,” Niall added. “You are hereby prohibited from seeing him.”
“I understand your concern, but you two are not my parents. And it doesn’t matter if you don’t like how he is towards me. What matters is how I feel,” I seethed. “And I feel like going to see him and sorting things out.”
“Baby, calm down. We don’t want you to get hurt, so just go downstairs and you can see him on Monday,” Harry said soothingly as he stroked my arm.
“Don’t touch me,” I said, snatching my arm out of his grasp. “You two need to stop trying to control me. I’m eighteen years old—I don’t need you to babysit me! I’m going to talk to him because I want to. Move!” I pushed past them, grabbed my jacket, and took the keys to one of Harry’s cars.
“Pezza, where’re you off to?” Liam asked as he spread cream cheese on a bagel. I ignored him and continued toward the garage. Jade followed me out and looked confused as I climbed in the car.
“Perrie!” she yelled in concern. I revved the engine and tore out of the garage, through the gates, and toward the small coffee shop in town. When I arrived, he was sitting at a table, looking absently at his steaming cup of coffee. As I pulled out a chair, his apologetic eyes snapped up to meet mine.
“Hi,” he said quietly.
“Hey.”
“Can I get you something to drink?”
