Chapter 14 - The Antidote Is Happiness

I lost count of how many days have passed since everything has happened. I am sure at the least it's been five months. Everyone has gone back to their calm selves now. We have gone back to being Mejibray and even made a song which we sang in our concert called "Black Rebellion".

It's a memory of back then, I am sure the fans will understand or at least I hope they will. Speaking of the concert everything went great, not a single problem occurred. The fans seemed so happy to see us back on stage where we had first began our career. I was glad to be there too, the stage is where I belong; I sing as much as I want there and express myself in the lyrics without anyone saying a word.

We put our past behind us and all that is left is nightmares and memories, those and two little snake bite marks on Koichi's wrist. They don't seem to heal and Koichi said that they don't cause him any harm. I try my best not to look at them when he is around. I try to focus on the now rather than the then.

You may ask what we are doing now, well after that stay over at my house and then few concerts we gave in the area everyone decided to go back to their homes. You know visit family and friends, get new set clothes and everything. Then after that we just agreed on working on some new songs for maybe another small albums for our fans. We kept them waiting all that time so they deserve another album I think. Though my mind is blank after we released the Black Rebellion single. I try to write down words only to not think they are good enough, I end up scrunching up the paper and then starting to write down something somewhat better. The same progress repeats itself until I find something that I am satisfied with.

Once the lyrics are formed we all get together in the studio in town and start bring up the rhythm for everyone else then once all the songs are done, the album will be put together and then after a short break other live concerts are planned. That's how everything is works in the music industry.

Of course our manager is happy that everything is back on track again, I am also sure that he relieved that there isn't anymore drama around to deal with. I think we have lived through enough drama that will last us a life time. You can even say learnt a lesson from everything that has happened.

Or more rather I will just quote what Koichi told me on the phone the other day as I sat here in my sitting room just like I did then.

He said "you know Tsuzuku things are a lot easier in life when you know the solution to the problem." and then of course I agreed to him.

My exact words were " Yeah like if we had the antidote to snake venom then we wouldn't have gone through anything." Then we all just laugh it off and the conversation just took a normal pace after that.

I doubt that anything that we won't have the solution to will come up anytime soon but I would say that the solution to most things is patience and happiness. That's my thought on it. My happiness is Koichi, he is the solution, the antidote to any of my problems that will come up, I know that.

And as long as we stick together knowing will tear us or Mejibray apart.

If people cause a problem one of us will be provide the solution and Mejibray will continue on without a doubt until every song has been written and sang; until time breaks us apart.

Even then we shall remain friends because who knows what the future has in store for us as we are in each other's hearts.
