Hitomi's pov
Three simple words made me want to jump. I felt my cheeks burn furiously, a smile came over my face. I thought about the three words, why would they make me so happy?

It can't be...  No it just can't! I thought scolding myself. This is just a-a dream? Right?! It has to be. A nightmare to be precise. I'll hurt him, sorry.

I pursed my lips as I heard him walk away. I closed my eyes even tighter trying not to let my tears escape, I know what pain is. People leave you, just because a simple mistake or a misunderstanding.

Or... You also hurt them. Why would someone want to stay with someone who hurts them? They'll throw them away like they're nothing. Call them trash, a worthless human being.

My thoughts stopped for a moment. I smiled and said in a hushed tone, "Just like me." 'Click!' The light of the  T.V that lit up the room soon turned off. Making the room grow dark and gloomy. The wood creaked as Micah left the room, his footsteps still echoing down the stairs.

The footsteps stopped. Signaling he stopped moving, the stillness of the air weighed down one as I felt as if something was going to happen. 'WOOF!' 'WOOF!' Fifi barked loudly, making me sit up in Micah's bed in alarm. I heard a series of hushed as Fifi barked even louder.

I looked back at the door to see if Micah or his Mom awoke to Fifi's barks to check on her. But the wood did not creak nor was there any sound in the house besides the continuous barking of Fifi.

While I sat up on Micah's bed I heard another 'Click!'. 'WOOF! WOOF!' Fifi barked at least a few times until a ear piercing whine was heard. I jumped at the sound and got off the bed. It was dark but I was able to walk towards the door without tripping on my own feet.

I quickly yet quietly ran down the stairs, the wood creaked a couple of times but if Fifi's cry didn't wake Micah or his Mom... They are deep sleepers, so it wouldn't wake them... Hopefully. I ran to where I first entered the house. I looked around and quietly unlocked the door.

Fifi's barks were still heard, but they were distant... I walked out and was met with the cold air of the night. The moon shined brightly as I walked farther away from the house. I was now near Micah's Mom's car.

It was silent but soon I heard a familiar laugh. My heart sank as I quickly hid behind the car. "Are you sure you saw her here?" Asked a whisper voice. "Yes!" Yelled a female  voice. A loud Slap! was heard as she said "You dumbass shut up they'll hear you!"

The familiar female voice yelled as I crawled near the edge of the car peeked out, only to see Fifi tied up to the neighbors fence whimpering. No one was there. I panicked as I was going to stand up and run but I was  kicked back onto the ground.

I felt a sharp pain go through my back as I looked back and saw the girl I never wanted to see again.

"It's been a while, you fucking bitch. Nice to see you again, remember me?! Ochiro? You're good friend."
