Irene's POV

Tring Tring!! Tring Tring!!
The time is 8:30 am.

"Uggrrh! Is it morning already? I want to sleep more". I muttered sleeplessly.

I ruffled my hair & lazily stretched my hand to dismiss the alarm on my phone. I closed the alarm & threw it on the other side of the bed. I sat bolt upright & rubbed my eyes seeking for a clear vision.

"Pull yourself together Irene. It's 8:30am already which means that you are late for your classes. Open your eyes & get ready. Fast!!"

I got my foot down on the cold surface of the floor & dashed towards the washroom ignoring the coldness on my feet. I brushed my teeth within 2 min, wore a white T-shirt & blue denim jeans, covered my face with little bit of makeup & ran outside in search of taxi.

"Taxii!!". I screamed.

The taxi stopped. I opened the door & sat inside. The driver drove towards the location.

"Ajhussi. Hurry up please. I am getting late"

The driver looked in his front mirror, "Okay Miss", He replied.

"Ring!! Ring!!"

I took my phone outside from my bag."Uh? Why is Sungjae Oppa calling?". I picked up the call.

"Yeobuseyo?". I said.

"Hya! You brat. Where the hell are you? You missed Professor Jang's class. He even asked me for you. I said that you are out for some work. But where the hell are you?"

I scratched my nape."Sorry Oppa! I'm on my way. I woke up late today". I replied still embarrassed.

"Professor Jang was asking for Taehyung too. Are you guys together right now?", asked Sungjae Oppa.

'Taehyung is not in the college yet? Then where is he?'. I thought.

"No Oppa. We are not together. I am coming by myself"

I heard him sighing." O-okay. Come soon".

The call got disconnected & a message popped up on the notification. I opened the message & a smile formed on my lips.

From: Appa

You remember that we need to meet today right? After you're done with your classes, come to the church. Don't be late. Your appa will be waiting for you and don't forget to bring Taehyung with you. I need to apologize to him for all the trouble I caused.

(Few Hours Later)

"Hey Irene. What are you doing?". Seulgi placed her arm around Irene's shoulder. Irene was lost in her own thoughts. She reached college an hour ago. Professor Jang bursted on Irene for being late & she just nodded with her head low.

It was lunch time already but she didn't take any bite of her food. "Are you worried for Taehyung?". Seulgi questioned while sipping to her favorite chocolate shake.
Irene looked at Seulgi nodded her head.

A wicked smile formed on Seulgi's face."Oh Taehyung. You're here". Seulgi pointed her fingers at the direction of the door which caught Irene's gaze. Seulgi noticed a bright smile on Irene's face but it soon got vanished when Irene got to know that Seulgi tricked her."Stop playing around Seulgi". Irene said & again sat on her chair. Seulgi sighed "He might be busy or maybe he got into some urgent work. Did you try calling him?". Seulgi asked.
