Louis ended up in first. Then me, then Ashton, then Harry.
Obviously we won by a landslide, since no one got our flag, and we captured the other two.
Adrenaline still pumping through my veins, Ashton and I walked to his car to go to the next mystery destination.
Ashton didn't talk to me, except for a grunt or nod here and there.
After a while I stopped trying to talk to him, if he wasn't going to answer what was the point?
To escape the awkward silence I turned up my music loud and sang along even louder.
It could be my imagination, but I thought I saw Ashton crack a smile at my antics.
Eventually he started to sing along to the songs he knew.
I hadn't even noticed that we stopped at a large house, instead I continued singing and rapping "Fake You Out" by Twenty One Pilots.
I wasn't until Michael smacked the window behind me and I hit my head in my surprise that I noticed the large house.
Rubbing my head, I stepped out of the car at took in the mansion standing in front of me.
It was beautiful and probably the biggest house I'd ever gone into.
No one else really seemed to be bothered by the fact the house was so huge except Blake.
"This house is insane!"
"I know! Its like 100x the size of my apartment!"
We were interrupted by Michael.
"Let's party!"
We all cheered and the party commenced.
We had strawberry cake, so there was the strawberry like I thought.
And it was pretty much the best birthday ever.
Well, it was until everyone except Ashton and I was drunk and it was only 10:00.
I stepped into the balcony to escape the smell of liquor and sweat.
There may have been only 11 of us but we partied hard.
The cool breeze hit my face immediately as I walked onto the balcony.
I stared at the view absentmindedly, when I heard the balcony door open and close.
"Pretty view,"
"Yeah,"
Silence followed until Ashton spoke up once again.
"We were supposed to heading to another destination, but I don't think it's the best idea to go when nine of us are drunk off our asses,"
"We could go,"
I say this quietly. He laughs thinking it's a joke. My silence says otherwise.
"You're serious?"
"I forgave you, we're friends, we can hang out together,"
"Only if you want to, I guess we should get the others to bed or something before we go,"
"Ok,"
We walk back inside and the rancid smell of alcohol hits me once again.
"Blake,"
She spins around, almost falling at the speed of it.
"Yessssss, Nikki?"
Her words slur together and it ends up sounding something like "yewsnikay"
"Come on, we're gonna go upstairs so you can sleep in one of the nice big fluffy beds,"
She smiles widely and I half-carry-half-drag he up the stairs.
I find an empty guest bedroom and help her to the bed. She lays down and gets cozy.
"Nikki?"
I stop walking to the door.
"Yeah, Blake?"
"Michael kissed me,"
I pump my fist in the air.
"The ship is sailing!"
But she's already asleep. I roll my eyes, a smile still painted across my face.
When I reach downstairs only Ashley is left wandering around drunkenly.
"Hey, Ashley,"
I tap her shoulder lightly.
She jumps and spins around, her hands flying with her.
One hits me in the eye so hard I fall to the floor.
"Fuck,"
"AGH BLOOD!"
Ashley runs upstairs and apparently into Ashton because I can hear his voice telling her to calm down.
I stay on the floor for a little longer before stumbling to the bathroom.
Blood is seeping from underneath my eye.
I can see Ashton walk into the bathroom in the mirror.
"What the fuck happened to you?"
