The next day I came out to the living room to see nobody. They were all beaten up after yesterday's events. I bet they wouldn't wake up till noon. I sat on the couch nervous to explain everything to the rest of them. Mark didn't believe me, Bon was mad, and I don't even know what Phil was thinking. And Margaret. Caring, sweet Margaret who brought me in in the first place. She'd be the hardest to face.

Bon came out with a cigarette and a wet towel around his neck. Probably like a hot water bottle or something. He sat on the couch across from me without a word and picked up a book to read. "Good morning," I told him quietly. He didn't answer.

"I'm really sorry about everything, I didn't tell you because I was afraid of what you'd think. Now I realize it doesn't matter what I say, if I lie about it, I lose everything." Not a word. "Bon, are you listening?"

"'M reading," he said.

"No you're not."

"Yes I am."

"Bon, the book is upside down!" He sat there a moment before laughing. I laughed with him and he set the book down.

"Sorry I thought I could get away with it." His smile disappeared and he cocked his head. "How can you have time traveled? It's not possible."

"I thought that too. But here I am."

"Prove it."

"What?"

"Prove you're from the future. I'm sure you have some futuristic thing with you huh?"

"No, but remember the first day I came here and we all sat in my room talking, and- and I said all girls have phones in the bathroom?"

"Yes..." Bon narrowed his eyes.

"I don't mean telephones. I mean cell phones. They're mobile and you can message people and play games-"

"Really?" he asked.

"Y-yes. Almost everyone has them." Bon smiled.

"I'll be looking for them." I gave him a half smile. I didn't have the heart to tell him what would happen to him. We had enough drama going on already. "Sorry I was such an arse to you before, I didn't know how to react."

"It's completely fine, you had every right."

"So you and Angus make out?"

"You mean make up."

"No," he smiled.

"No we didn't. But he did tell me he liked me last night."

"He did? Took him long enough." We both sat there staring at the rug. "Too bad you're from two different times."

"Completely different," I agreed. Angus came out of his room half asleep but in a good mood.

"Speak of the devil," Bon whispered to me. "About shittin' time Angus."

"I haven't gotten up later than any other day Bon."

"No, you finally told Hannah your heart's desire. Mal proposed to Linda quicker than you ever talked to her," he laughed.

"Pardon me for givin' it some time. Did you drink all the tea Bonnie?" Angus asked looking in the fridge.

"I just woke up. Maybe Hannah drank it all."

"That's not true. I'm actually not the biggest fan of tea."

"More for me then," Angus smiled at me. "None for any of us if I can't find the dang pitcher."

"I'm washing it Angus, you drank it all yesterday, remember?" Margaret said walking in.

"Why you little tea hog!" Bon joked.
