JJ POV
I stayed at my friend Jamie house last night and now we are in the kitchen having breakfast Jamie mum and dad look the way my mum and dad did a few years ago but now every time I look at my mum she look so sad and I know it's something my dad did I don't know what but I know it him. I wish we could go back the way we were so that's why I asks Jamie mum to drop me at my dads office after breakfast so I can beg him to make mummy happy again.
We reach my dad building and Jamie mum Sylvia stop the car
S- you sure you don't want me to come with you JJ I don't feel comfortable leaving you out here
JJ- no miss Sylvia I'm ok my dad knows that I'm coming
S- ok sweetie just get your mum to call me when u get home
JJ- I will thanks again and bye
S- bye JJ
I watch her drive away and turn around to see my dad and Kayla standing by a taxi I was making my way over to them when my dad kiss Kayla and the mouth so I stop and watch as she got in the taxi and pull him in by is necktie and then the taxi drive off.
I stood there for a few minutes thinking this is why my mummy is always so sad because my dad is having on affair with Kayla, I hate them both for hurting my mum.
I walk up to the front desk and ask the lady for my dad to cover my back to make it look like I miss him when he find out I was here but she said you just miss him so I ask for Uncle Tom he came down and we got in his car I didn't say anything to him on the car ride I was just thinking about my mum and if she know what dad been up to
T- what's wrong you haven't said a word to me
JJ- I'm ok just wanted to talk to dad but he is out
T- yes must have had a meeting
JJ- yeah
T- come on
JJ- what where are we
T- I'm going to kick your little butt at football that's what this is and maybe after you will tell me what's bothering you
JJ- nothing is bothering me but if you want to play football have got no problem beating you
Tom call my mum and told her I'm with him and she was ok with it so we play football for a few hours then we stop and got pizza we talk about football while eating.
Tom drop me home and I join my mum and brother and sister watching a movie when dad came home I got up and went to my room because I couldn't stand to look at the man who call himself my father.
I was in my room reading a book when he call me downstairs
J- I was told that you came to my office is everything ok
JJ- yes sir I just wanted to know if you will be able to make it to my tryout
J- why are you calling me sir? And when is it
JJ- next week Friday
J- I'll try son but have got a lot on at work but if not I'll take you and your mum and brother and sister out for pizza after
JJ- it's ok sir tom said he would come
J- you need to stop with this sir and call me daddy like you always do
JJ- mum is it ok if I go to my room and finish my book I'm not hungry Uncle Tom took me out for pizza
L- yes honey that's ok I'll come up and see you after dinner
JJ- thanks mum
J- JJ I'm talking to you what's your problem
I walk off without looking back at him I hear him saying something to my mum but I didn't care to listen.
Natalie and Liam came to my room after dinner
N- JJ why don't you like dad anymore
JJ- it's nothing to worry about
N- but we always tell each other everything
JJ- I no Nat but I can't tell you this just believe me when I say I have my reasons
N- ok but I still like him
JJ- that's ok I'm not asking you not to
L- kids get wash up for bed I'll be in to read you a story
JJ- ok go to your room I'll see you tomorrow
With that they both leave and I went in the bathroom when I got out my mum was laying on my bed with a book in her hands
JJ- mum you don't have to read to me
L- I no that I just want to talk to you
JJ- about what
L- the way you talk to your dad
JJ- but I didn't talking to him badly
L- I know you didn't baby but you calling him sir instead of dad that not very nice
JJ- I'm sorry mum I'll call him dad again
L- good boy
JJ- mum can I ask you something
L- anything baby
JJ- what would you do if you find out dad is cheating on you
L- what? What do you mean? Have you got something to tell me JJ
JJ- no mum I'm just asking because one of my friends at school dad cheats on his mum
L- oh ok but to answer your question I would take you and your brother and sister away from him and move far away
JJ- oh ok mummy good night and I love you and I'll always protect you
L- you don't have to protect me baby that's my job to protect you and I love you too goodnight
With that my mum left my room looking more sad than before and I know it's my fault.
And I also no one thing I can't tell my mum what I saw because I know Natalie won't forgive me if she find out I'm the reason we had to move away from dad.
