Chapter Fourteen

"Penny? PENNY! Excuse me, I have to get through.." 

I feel a hand on my shoulder. "Penny? It's Posey." she waits for me to reply, but I can't. "Are you.. Awake?"

"Mmmmmhhhhhhmmmmm..." I attempt.

The whole field goes quiet. "OMERGAWD! ZOMBIE! RETREEEAAT!!" one guy shouts and all of a sudden I hear screaming and running. I open my eyes. "Mmm?"

"Oh thank God," a familiar girl wraps me into a tight hug.
"Oh Penny, it's so great to see you!"

I pull back. "Sorry, who are you again? Recently I've been kind of... Forgetful."

"I'm Posey. Remember?" the girl looks puzzled. "Have you hit your head too hard on the ground or something? Anyway, how's Noah and the kids? BTW, Why was he fighting that guy?"

Noah. Kids. Penny.

Here we go again.

"IM NOT PENNY," I suddenly scream, causing Posey to flinch.
"SAY THAT AGAIN AND I SWEAR, YOU'LL REGRET IT."

Posey moves away. "You must of hurt your head real bad."

"Ugh!" I stand up and walk away.

"PENNY! DON'T GO!" Posey shouts, but It's too late. I'm already heading in the direction of my house.

Posey's PoV

I frown. Something's wrong with Penny. I turn the Noah who's been staring into space the whole time ever since the other guy ran away.

"What's up with her?" I ask him. He looks down at me and shrugs.

"I seriously don't know. Do you think it's one of those phases girls have?"

"Oh haha, that's offensive you know. Girls don't act like that." I hit him with my bag. "But I think we should go after her."
