"Yes what a wonderful service this was today..." Pastor Adams says into his microphone.
He looks into the audience in their pews and sees them nod their heads up and down. One woman puts her hand up and closes her eyes. Pastor Adams raises his hand, signaling people to rise from the pews. A few people stand up then a few more. Eventually the whole church is standing.
"When you leave this church today remember....John chapter 5, verse 5..."who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God" Pastor Adam announces.
The room is filled with applause and people shouting "Amen".
"Have a blessed day ladies and gentlemen" Pastor Adams says.
People begin to pour out onto the middle aisle. A few people stay back to greet each other. Pastor Adams walks down to the aisle and greet a few members of the church.
"Great service today Pastor" One women says shaking Pastor Adams hand.
Pastor Adams smiles at her and continues walking towards the door. He get out to the hallway and speaks to more members. Eventually he reaches his chamber. He walking and shuts the door. He takes off his robe and sit down on a chair. He opens the bottle of water next to him and begins to drink from it. Suddenly there was a knock at the door.
"Come in" Pastor Adams demands.
In walks a man with a 25 year old man. He has on black glasses, khaki pants, a canary yellow polo shirt, and a pair of loafers on. He closes the door behind him.
"Mitchell, did you enjoy the service today?" Pastor Adam asks.
"Yeah Dad it was great" Mitchel responds.
"Where is your mom and sister?" Pastor Adam asks
"They are greeting everyone in the lobby"
Mitchell sit down on a chair closest to the door.
"We have a new customer" Mitchell says.
"Who is it?"
"Melinda Armenta"
"The worship service coordinator?"
"yeah, she says its urgent"
Pastor Adam rubs his chin.
"Okay, next Sunday after service we can make the delivery." Pastor Adam says.
Pastor Adams stands up and Mitchell does to. They both walk out into the lobby and walk outside. A car pull up with a women and a teenage girl inside. Pastor Adams gets into the car and it drives off.....
