An owl came up to the window of Newt's flat. He let in the calm little owl and read the letter that came with it. Dear Newt,Christmas is quickly coming along and I was wondering what you were doing for this holiday. I know that you and your family aren't on the best terms and I wanted to make sure you weren't alone on Christmas. That isn't acceptable! So me and Tina were thinking that if you aren't busy that you could come and have dinner with us on Christmas Eve. You would also be spending Christmas Day with us. Send me an owl when you know!Love, Queenie Newt felt a small smile growing on his lips. The Goldstein's were always so nice and welcoming to him, even though he cause so much trouble for them. Christmas was only a week away and he was dreading it. Now not so much. He sent a letter back to them accepting the invitation. He was excited to see them but all he could think about was Queenie's lovely cooking. The boat ride to New York was pretty uneventful. Though one woman decided to run around in her birthday suit after she had one to many. So when Newt stepped off the boat he wasn't expecting to see Tina there waiting for him. He wasn't expecting anyone to be honest, he thought he was apparating to their flat. When Tina spotted Newt, though she was trying to look calm he could see the excitement radiating off of her. She power walked over to where he was standing and hugged him tightly to her. "Well isn't someone happy to see me?" Newt said to her in a teasing tone.

"Shut up Newt!" She said slightly blushing.

When they arrived at the flat and Newt and Queenie exchanged hello's, they started to catch up. It had been quite some time since they last saw each other. "Newt you need to write more! We never get anything from you!" Tina said to him with a smile. She knew that he was very busy and stressed with writing his book.

"Oh you know that I try Tina." He said back.

"Well can we decorate the tree now?" Jacob said to the group. He just got back from a long day at the bakery. Christmas was going to make him go out of business! So many people wanted some of Jacob's delicious treats for the holidays it wasn't even funny.

"Ok sweetie." Queenie said in her dreamy tone. They all picked up some of the ornaments out of the box they were held in and just went to town.

The tree ended up having 4 different sections. Each section with all the respected decorators different decorating styles. One was very neat and organized by color and type of decoration. Another was covered head to toe with glitter and feathers of some sort. A different one had all the little angels on it and white colored ball balls, they also put some gold tensile draped elegantly on it. The last one had random colored ornaments on it sporadically placed on it. "This tree is a mess."When it was finally time for the Christmas dinner they were all worn out by the long day. The food looked beyond amazing and they all were starving. The four of them ate basically everything that was set out on the table. They spoke of the past and then some of the present. They all felt like a small little family. The fireplace kept them warm and toasty while the outside began to fill with snow."You all don't have crackers here! How have you people lived?" Newt said to them will a look of pure disbelief. "You guys need to come to London next year and we will do Christmas the right way. The British way!" He added at the end. They all laughed and talked for ages, but eventually they all went to bed.

Tomorrow will be filled with love and presents.
