You're Mine (Camila/You)

Chapter 6

Camila's POV

"Dinah!" I yelled climbing into the tour bus.

I heard her scream and her footsteps. I headed towards the bunk area and she wasn't in her bunk so I found her in the back covering herself in pillows trying to hide. "Dinah why would you tweet that?!" I yelled taking the pillows off of her.

"You know he's your man," she replied sitting up.

"Dinah! You know we're not together. Now people are already making ship names with everyone,"

"At least they know it's a guy. Now they won't be talking about Camren."

I gave her a glare and she backed away. I just sighed and punched her in the arm before walking away. Dinah ran up and hit me in the back. I quickly turned around and she tackled me to the ground. We started "fighting". We head the door open but we didn't care and kept hitting each other.

"Hey!" I heard a familiar voice.

Soon I was pulled off of her and stood on my feet. Y/n was standing there staring at us with a raised eyebrow. "What's wrong with you two?" He asked. "Oh, umm nothing..." Dinah replied turning away. I looked at Y/n but he just looked down at me. "Yeah, it was nothing." I said before sitting down on the couch. He sat next to me and turned on the TV.

"Where are the others?" He asked still staring at the TV.

"They went to grab something to eat. They should be back any minute." And on cue they walked in.

They all looked at us and waved. "Hey guys, I need to talk to you guys." He announced. They gave each other nervous glances then they looked at me before looking back at
Y/n. Dinah came out of the bunk area and sat down next to the others. "What's up?"

"Well I just wanted to ask when we're going to start working on our new song,"

We all looked at each other then I spoke up. "Well Y/n, I don't think we can do it. Maybe some other time but we're pretty busy."

He just nodded. "I'm sorry," Ally apologized.

"Oh no you're okay. I understand." He gave us a reassuring smile.

Lauren got up and headed for her bunk with Dinah following close behind. Y/n got up and headed for the door. "Wait, Y/n." I grabbed hold of his arm. He raised an eyebrow. "Maybe it could just be me and you for your new song," I suggested. He smiled and faced me. "Yeah sure! But where should we start?" He asked grabbing hold of my hand.

His touch sent shivers down my spine and goosebumps along my body. "I-I have a-a place," I stuttered.

I led him off of the bus and headed towards a building a little ways from the bus. We entered and I waved to the working people who smiled and waved back. I brought him into a dark room and shut the door behind him. I flicked on the lights showing the studio. His eyes lit up and we walked around looking at all the equipment. I sat down and grabbed my laptop which was on the table. Y/n just stood there taking in the place.

"Here," I handed him my laptop as he sat down.

He took it and set it on his lap. We started giving out ideas and some quotes. Once we had a few to start with, we started to sing. His voice was so amazing. He seemed so confident in everything he did and he put some much enthusiasm in every word he sang. He slowly trailed off as he noticed me staring. He looked at me and chuckled.

"Wow," I mumbled.

"Your turn," he said and handed me the laptop and I read the lyrics we had so far.

I started to sing them softly trying to find the right notes to hit and sing. I ended at a particular line and looked over at Y/n who was humming along. "Keep going." He said.
I did and kept singing until we ran out of lines. We put in a few more which seemed enough for the moment. We both started to sing them which I did the higher notes and he did the lower notes. We then ended our singing. We just stared at each other. He looked into my eyes then down at my lips but quickly turned his head back at the laptop.

After a few more hours we had enough lyrics to go off of for now. He closed the laptop and stretched with a yawn. I stood up and grabbed the guitar that was sitting against the wall. I sat back down next to Y/n and started strumming random chords. Y/n took the guitar and started to play some random but catchy tune. I started to sing the same words I did earlier and it sounded perfect. Then came along Y/n who sang along changing up the chords here and there. My phone went off and I grabbed it turning my singing into humming while Y/n still played the same tune trying to memorize it.

Normani - Hey where are you?

Me - The studio why?

Normani - We have an interview remember

Me - OMG I'm so sorry I'll be there

I turned off my phone and stopped humming grabbing my belongings.

"Where are you going?" Y/n asked setting the guitar down.

"I have an interview. I totally forgot." I replied quickly.

"Stay awhile, please." He begged.

I looked him in the eyes. They were begging me and I just couldn't resist. I set my things down and checked the time making sure I had somewhat of time to stay with him. He didn't speak to me though, he just stared at me. "Y/n I've gotta go. I'm not here just to be stared-" I was cut off as his lips smashed into mine. Fireworks launched, sparks flew. It felt like we were the last people on earth and we ruled the world. I kissed back and I felt him grin. We departed gasping for air. He just smiled and I blushed wildly.

"Bye, have fun." He said.
