Juliet's POV:

"I really don't think this relationship is going to last... We obviously can't trust each other... I don't want a relationship like that. Like, we have kids together but children don't keep people together, so..." Darai spoke to her therapist in the room.

I was listening in on her conversation, so that I can confirm that her and Drew were not together. I started to grin. Drew and Darai were no longer together. My plan was working perfectly. All I needed to do was wait for this divorce to be finalized and everything would be mine.

Deciding that I heard enough, I tip toed away from the door and towards the exit. I pulled out my phone dialing the one person who would also be excited about the news.

"Juliet. Wonderful to hear from you." Mr. Kempa spoke to me.

"Nice to hear from you too, Mr. Kempa! I hope you are doing well!" I responded, unlocking the door to my new Mustang.

"I will be excellent once you tell me what I need to know."

I rolled my eyes. What is it with men and demands?

"They are definitely getting a divorce, Mr. Kempa. I can assure you that much." I say as I pull into my home.

"What excellent news! Once this divorce is final, I will get my money and you can have that man." Mr. Kempa chuckles.

I smiled. I imagined Drew and I walking down the aisle with the twins. Well.. our own twins. Darai can have those other ones. Drew would be too focused on our new family to worry about those things.

"Please do not overlook the money you promised me for getting them apart." I reminded him. I still want my share of money.

"No worries, Ms. Hanren. Everything you desire, you will get!"

I said my farewells, and hung up the phone. Kicking my shoes off, I went to my kitchen to pour myself a glass of wine.

I sat on my couch with my red wine, and my feet kicked up. I stared at the picture that laid on my side table. It was a photo of Drew and I at the company Christmas party. We looked so happy together. He looked like he was having the time of his life with me. I remember that day so sweetly.

*Flashback*

"Mr. Harrison?" I whispered, walking onto the back balcony.

Mr. Harrison was leaning on the balcony, looking at the night. He looked like he was deep in thought, almost sad even. But, man... He was so comforting to the eye... The man was hot! I couldn't believe he was mine! Well... My boss...

Mr. Harrison jumps, a little startled, and turns in my direction. He gives me a smile. "Ah, Ms. Hanren! Why are you out here?" He asks, with a concerned look on his face.

I couldn't help but blush. He cared so much about me! This man was just crafted from the Gods. He was just MADE for me.

"I actually came looking for you. I couldn't find you anywhere. Those people in there are so prude." I say.

He laughs. "Well, this is a work Christmas party. It's not really supposed to be fun."

I squint my eyes at him. "Then why do you throw them, Mr. Harrison?"

"I kind of have to. It's apart of being the boss. You get it right?" Drew sighs.

He looked so depressed. I wonder what was bothering him. He could tell me anything!

"Is everything alright Mr. Harrison?" I ask, concern written all over my face.

Drew turns back around, staring at the moon. "I don't want to trouble you. You wouldn't care."
