Drew's POV:

"Drew, baby... She doesn't want you to speak to you."

I sigh as I rub my hands over my face. "Mumma, it's been two weeks. When is she going to let me explain?"

Darai still will not speak to me and everytime I stop by the house to speak with her, her nor my children are ever there. I dont understand why Darai wont let me explain myself. I feel so incomplete and broken. I miss Darai so much. I miss my babies. I miss Mumma and Papa.

"I've tried persuading her, she will not budge. Drew, she is not the same 18 year old, fragile girl she was before. She is much stronger than she used to be. She refuses to let people walk over her." Maria tries to explain to me.

"I know, but I deserve to at least explain myself! I'm innocent!"

"Baby... Look at it from Rai's point of view. She looks in your pocket to find some other woman's lingerie. If that were me, I wouldnt want to hear any excuses."

I stopped. Maria was right. It did look suspicious. I cannot find an excuse for my wife finding lingerie on me. If I found another man's under garments in Darai's jacket... I would probably behave much worse than her. I'd kill someone.

"You're right... Listen, I've got to go. Give Deion and Misi kisses for me please? Tell them I love them." I muttered into the phone. A headache was brewing it's way to me.

"Of course, my sunshine. Please, try to let her be. She will cool down if you just give her space." I quietly agreed with her, and we both ended the call.

I threw my head back on the bed, and let out an obnoxiously loud sigh. I just wanted my wife and my children. This hotel room should not be my home!

I have been trying to find out who framed me, and what their purpose was for doing it. I want to know the motherfucker who single- handedly ruined my relationship with my wife, and got me kicked out of my own house. The closest I've got to a suspect was the new assistant I hired, but she said she did not see anyone walk into my office.

I decided not to keep thinking about it, and take a well deserved nap. Not only was my personal life going to shambles, but work was stressing me out as well. There was so much to do, and I am still receiving random gifts to my office. It was too much to handle.

As my eyes started to drift off, I jumped up at the vibration of my phone, to see that I was receiving a text. I reached over to see who it was, and my eyes almost bulged out of its sockets.

It was Darai.

I quickly opened my phone to look at the text.

You need to come see your children. - Rai😍💍

I frowned at it. I was hoping she would tell me she's ready to talk, and we can work this out. I so desperately wanted to come home. I want to be at home with my family, and Darai was making it damn near impossible!

I let out a loud sigh, and responded quickly to the text.

I'll be there in 20.

I placed my phone down, and went to get dressed. Honestly speaking, I'm so excited to see the kids. I haven't seen my gifts from God since Darai made me leave. I understand she's upset, but dont keep my kids from me!

I grabbed my car keys, and headed for the door. Before opening the door, I noticed a small letter on the ground. Utterly confused, I picked up the letter and opened it.

We were meant to be... You are mine and I am yours, faithfully.
