Chapter 11

We got into the car "Alright let's go Starbucks, somewhere else, go shopping, then out to dinner" he said. I smiled and nodded we drove and eventually found Starbucks.

We got out and sat at a table. "Alright what are you gonna order?" Chris asked "Hm definitely not a pumpkin spice latte there disgusting" I lied trying to hide a smirk. "Excuse me" he looked at me seriously "It's gross" his face was priceless I started laughing "I will probs have a pumpkin spice latte".

He chuckled "Let's order and get out of here" he said I nodded and ordered. "Here I've got it" Chris said "no it's ok" I replied he then physically pushed me out of the way and gave the cashier the money.

I rolled my eyes "ass" I mumbled he looked at me and smirked. We got our coffee and walked back to the car. "So where are we heading to?" I asked sipping my coffee "It's a surprise" he said "No fair!" I whined "can I have a hint" I made my best puppy dog face.

"Ok this place is somewhere I'll love" he said I whined "fuck you" I replied with a laugh so did he. I looked threw the CDs and picked out a motionless in white one.

I pressed play and shuffled till dead as fuck was on. He tried to stop it but I slapped his hand away "no touchy" I replied and smiled. "You know I can just for you give you a free concert" he said "nah I'm good with the CD" I replied. He gave me a fake hurt look and I laughed. I grabbed my black leather gloves and slide them on.

"You cold?" He said "a little but I'm good my gloves are warm" I replied. I picked up my cup to my mouth and sipped in slowly. In the corner of my eye I could see Chris starring at me, I looked at him "what?" I asked. "It's cute you look so concentrated drinking your latte" he laughed I blushed.

After a while we pulled up to an ice rink I looked at Chris and gave him a are-you-for-real look he laughed and nodded. He got out of the car and walked to my door "you coming?" He asked I shook my head.

He laughed and opended my door "come on" he said I slowly got out and closed the door. He started walking and I was walking slowly behind him with my hands in my pockets. "You for real?" I looked up and he saw standing at the door and I was about 9 meters away from him. I shrugged my shoulders and continued to walk even slower.

He sighed and walked over to me and in one Swift move he picked me up bridal style and started running to the door I sqeauled and put my face in his chest which made him laugh. Once we got inside he got Me a pair of skates.

I put them on and sat there nervously. "You ready" Chris asked I shook my head quickly. I bit my lip he sighed and sat beside me "why don't you want to skate" he said I didn't reply. "Have you been skating?" He asked I didn't reply again.

He sighed "Mel come on tell your nightmare before Chris" he said I smiled a Bit.

I started chipping my black nail polish. "I've never been ice skating" I said below a whisper. "Naw Mel come on I'll teacher you" he said standing up I sighed and walked to the ice rink.

He entered and started skating I looked down and bit my lip. I walked in slowly holding on to the edge. Chris laughed "Shut up it isn't funny" I replied in a serious tone. "Oh it's very funny" he replied.

"Laugh again and I'm going home" I said "ok ok I'll stop" he said putting his hands in defense. "Alright give me your hand" he said sticking his hand out I didn't. "Come on take my hand" I looked at him and shook my head.

"Do you trust me?" He said "yeah" I replied. "Then" he said giving me his hand again. I sighed and took his hand. "Alright" he pulled my hand and I glided a little bit I squealed and once I got to Chris I held on to him as tight as I could. "It's alright I've got you, your not gonna fall".

I let go of him a bit. "Alright know let's start slow" he held on to my sides. "Alright left and right left and right" he said I started slowly going and I got the hang of it. "Alright I'm gonna let you go" he said I then held on to him tighter and shook my head. "Goodbye" he said pushing me off.

I let out a squeal "Remember left and right" he said I calmed down and remebered left and right left and right left and right. Holy fuck I'm doing it.

I started smiling "Chris I'm doing it!" I said excitedly. He grabbed my hand and pulled me to him "yes you are!" He said with a cute grin. Before I could fall Chris caught me but then he slipped and fell backwards. I started laughing as I fell on top of him.

"You alright?" He asked very concerned. I nodded and got up "wanna go get lunch?" He asked I nodded. We drove to subway cos it's fucken amazing we sit and eat in the car watching the snow fall telling cheesy jokes. "Chris can I tell you something but you can't tell anyone especially Jinxx"

"Of course" he replies, "I don't want to live with Jinxx my whole life when I get back I really want to move out but I have no where to live I don't know what to do" I say. "I know what why don't you come and live with me it will be fun" he says.

"Really you let me live with you" I asked he nods " I promise I'll help you pay the bills" he just smiles "we can be roommates" I smiled widely he pulls me in for a hug. We drive home and we go to our room. I shiver as a breeze passes, I feel warm arms wrap around me.

"Come lay with me tonight" chris whispers into my ear I shiver as his warm breath hits the shell of my ear. I blush and nod I go into the bathroom and change and come out in a black hoodie and long pants chris shakes his head.

"Change I want shorts and short sleeves" I feel uneasy about it he comes up and holds my hands "I've seen it all before Mel don't be ashamed" he kisses my head and changes. I got to the bathroom and wear a normal shirt I realise I didn't own a pair of shorts.

"Chris?" I say, "yeah?" He replied. "I don't own a pair of shorts" I mumble embarrassed. "My shorts are all dirty" he replies. "Just wear your underwear" he replies my cheeks heat up.

"No!" I shout "why not?" He chuckles "B-because i-it's my underwear " I reply "I've seen it all before Melanie, im not some perv" he replied. I bite my lip nervously I walk out in my hello kitty underwear and run to the bed jumping in hiding under the covers.

Chris chuckles "nice underwear" I hit his chest "shush" i giggle. He pulls me into his chest resting his chin on my head, we slowly fall asleep peacefully.
