Here's the last chapter of LA Tommo!

*Emma's POV*

Friday

While I'm sitting in my last class on the last day of school, all I can think of is who won the talent show.

It's American History, and all we're doing is watching a movie to kill time since we didn't have a final.

The PA system comes on, saving us all from our boredom.

"Here are the winners of the spring talent show!" Jada and David say at once.

"There's been a lot of firsts this year. for the winter talent show we had a freshman win. For the spring talent show, all the winners are freshman!" David continues.

"In third, we have a tie!" Jada says, "Ooh! Who could they be? Tied for third is Haley Samuels for performing Roar by Katy Perry and Blake Hemmings for performing Just the Way You Are by Bruno Mars."

"In second, we have Emma Tomlinson, winner of the winter talent show, for performing Make it Shine by Victoria Justice."

"And in first is Lauren Hayes for her performance of an acoustic verision of Little Me by Little Mix."

"Congratulations to our four winners!" they both say.

"If they could please come down to the office now to receive their prizes, that would be fantastic." David says.

"Go." Mr. Malvern tells me and Lauren.

We both get up and leave the classroom, excited to have an excuse to leave.

"You won!" I say to her.

"I won! I won!" she yells, hoping through the halls of the main building towards the office.

Several teachers stick their heads out into the hallway. A few close their doors in annoyance. But most know that it's the last hour of the last day and don't really care.

"Well, you're happy." David says when he sees Lauren.

"Why shouldn't I be?! I just won!" she says.

"So you four know what your prize is?" Jada asks us.

We all shake our heads.

"You all get a week-long, trip for two to Disney Land!"

"No way!" Haley says.

"Way!" Jada and David both say.

When the day finally ends, I dump my stuff at my dorm and find my brother just off campus.

"Guess what I got!" I ask him in a sing-song voice.

"What?"

"There's two of them!"

"Two tickets to paradise?"

"Depends. Would a free, week-long trip to Disney Land qualify?"

"Yes!"

"I thought they would."

"Are you saying that you wanna take me with you?"

"Why not? You'd be way less annoying than mum and dad."

"I'll take that as a compliment."

"You better!"

"And you call me the weird one."

"Because you are!"

"Oh, shut up!" He lightly pushes my head to the side.

"So, why'd you come here exactly?"

"Well, I'm done with school for the year, and mum and dad suggested that I come visit you. I would just like to say that Mariah was a bit jealous."

"Of course she was."

"But, naturally, there was a catch."

"What was it?"

"I have to help you move all your stuff out of your dorm and help you travel back home.

I groan. He is going to get on my nerves so much during that.

"If you want, I can be extremely obnoxious while we're at Disney Land."

"Please don't!"

"Fine!"

One Week Later

"C'mon! I wanna go on the Cars ride!" Jordan whines like a five-year-old little brother.

"I'm coming! I'm coming!" I tell him.

I swear, we stepped inside the amusement park and it was like he was five all over again. If that was the case, I would be a newborn, not getting closed to being 15. Of course, Jordan's gonna be 20 in about week. I'm pretty sure that all guys his age are mentally about five years old.

But, having to deal with this is all worth it. Mostly because it's a reminder of how I got where I am now. Which is a reason to be proud of yourself.

Just like I am.
