CHAPTER 33

Next day, at work I couldn't concrete. Thankfully there isn't much work at office, the only project I have is that of Liqa's. My minions are busy though. My mind is wandering to the phone conversation I had with Riad. I feel my ego hurt every time I think of it. Ruchi enters my cabin and asks if everything is alright.

I sigh and lean forward and narrate everything that happened yesterday. Ruchi looks hurt and appalled too.

'What does he mean by saying you have useless figure and looks...his eyes are useless...'Ruchi says and I smile.

Then one idea comes to my mind, without thinking much I asked Ruchi's help. I want to prove to Riad that I too can be hot and seductive. In our three day stay at the farm house, I will show it to him. Ruchi's face lights up and she smirks devilishly.

We left office early and straight away went to shop, Ruchi insisted I get a very seductive dresses. With the dress half of my work will be done.

'Are you mad?' I say aghast as Ruchi suggested I buy seductive inners from Victoria secrets. I am not going to take it that far, just tempt him little, I am sure he will give in with flaunting my dress itself. Ruchi held my hand and dragged me into the shop. Looking at all erotic lingerie I felt shy and uncomfortable. I simply followed Ruchi and silently got whatever she selected.

'Can we shop for something that I can actually use' I say with my eyebrows raised. Ruchi sighs and agrees to get some proper clothes when I reminded her that I can't roam in the function wearing only sexy lingerie.

One week passed in a jiffy, I didn't even realize how the time flew. On the evening when I was to leave Adnan comes to my room. I had just finished packing, when he comes I smile at him and then frowns when I see him dressed in yellow Tee and denim jeans, it looked like he was ready to go somewhere. I asked him and his reply made me nervous

'I am going to drop you and Ruchi'

I insisted him not to bother, I and Ruchi will manage. But Adnan gives a stern look and says the sun is about to set and it will get dark, he won't let two girls go alone to the outskirts. I had no option left and nodded my head, it's useless to argue with him when his overprotective possessive brother mode is switched on.

I gave the address to Adnan; he frowns when he reads it. I bit my lower lip

"Nawab Ali Villa"

He looks up at me, his silent glare asking me the unspoken question...I didn't know what to tell him so I lied to him that it has nothing to with Riad.

'You better be telling the truth' he warns, I gulp and nod looking down on the ground.

All the way to the farm house, I and Ruchi kept throwing nervous glances at each other. I turn my head and see Adnan driving, his gaze fixed on the road.

Adnan drops us at the gate, to my bad luck I see Riad's black Audi parked, Adnan looks at it suspiciously. I hugged my brother and thanked him, Ruchi too thanks him. Adnan keeps looking at the car and I get tensed.

I then assured him that I will call and text him regularly and kissed him on his cheek. He looks at me

'Take care of yourself and if there is anything that bothers you and Ruchi inform me ASAP!' he instructs. I nod my head and asked him not to worry. We said our goodbyes and Adnan leaves, after his car disappears into the darkness I sigh in relieve.

Ruchi rings the bell and we wait patiently, soon enough a butler opens the door. We introduced ourselves and he lets us in. Another Butler comes and along with the first one, they carry our luggage. I and Ruchi look around wide eyed, the entrance leads to a huge lobby with a large chandelier hanging from the roof and elegant sofas under it, a 12-seater dining table to its right. There is a huge stair case leading up dividing into two corridors and many rooms. The place looks like some five-star resort rather than a farm house.

'Wow!' I and Ruchi say in unison

The butler take us up the stairs and then to the first room to the right. The room was no less than a five-star hotel. The room is brightly lit with a huge double bed at the center, to its right is an attached bathroom. Two large wooden wardrobe to the extreme left and next to it is an elegant dressing table.

I and Ruchi look at each other and smirk.

After I and Ruchi had unpacked and arranged our clothes in the wardrobe, taking turns we took bath and dressed in our night suit. It's not late yet, we are to have dinner too. I informed Liqa that we have arrived and she tells us that she and her parents are on their way too and will be arriving shortly.

Ruchi groans when she notices that water jug is empty, I asked her to calm down and say that I will go get some water.

The place is huge and I find it difficult to reach the kitchen, there are two maids working for our dinner. They looked at me confused and apologized when I tell them that water jug in our room is empty. I smile at them warmly.

When I climb back up-stairs I got confused and instead of going to my right I went to the first room to my left.

Mindlessly I opened the door and entered, I didn't even notice that the décor of the room is different.

I walked towards the bedside and am surprised when I see a filled water jugged, before I could call Ruchi and clear my confusion I hear the door knob to the bathroom open. I turn around and my eyes widen when I see Riad walk out of the bathroom, he had just taken a bath and...

'What the hell!' he rushed and grabbed the towel placed at the edge of his bed. I freeze, my eyes wide as dinner plates.

'What are you doing here? who let you in?' he says sternly tying the towel around his waist. I am speechless, I just saw him naked...like stark naked. Wow!
