I got new glasses today, as I do almost every year, and I have no idea why they're so different from the past, like, five years or something. Allow me to explain.
So today when we picked them up, they were fine and all. I really like them, more than previous glasses I've had. But when we stepped outside I noticed that the ground looked... Curved.. and my depth perception was a little off. I was actually kind of freaked out, to be honest. I mean, that shit was really weird.
I texted my friends in our chat and I was like, "dudes...I just got new glasses and I feel like I'm on EVERY drug.." of course, they had a good laugh (assholes) and we went about with our regularly scheduled program of reality and life.
And then tonight, when I was watching TV, the TV itself looked curved. I am excited to see how this goes, and hopefully I get used to it, or else I may fall or something because a chair looked farther away than it was.
I hope it doesn't come to that.
