All the students from two thousand six stood up. I took my hand off Tylers knee and he took his hand off of mine. Their principal said a few things and Tyler grabbed hold of my hand pretty quickly and tightly. When the principal said "great job class of oh six." Almost everyone threw his or her caps in the air while Tyler pulled me into a hug. I hugged him back of course but I knew something 'I liked Tyler'

"So," he said as he pulled away from me. "You're coming to my party right?" he asked.

"You never told me about a party." I said

"Well this is my way of inviting you. Its at my house and were having Taco Bell catered and yeah." He said followed by a dazed look.

"I'll come but could my mom come?" I asked a little skittish.

"Your whole family could come if you want them to." He replied as if he were planning on me bringing my family to meet his.

We had to get our things out of the cars for the performance so we went our separate ways for a second. We had some stage equipment we needed set up and luckily we have Tylers friend Mark to help out.

As I got to my car I slipped my phone out of my pocket and told my mom about the party. She didn't feel like going but I begged her. I wanted out families to meet. After about twenty minutes she finally said yes. I knew she would break.

Tyler then met me at my car and he had his friend holding a couple things.

"Just take them inside." He said and Mark walked in the school building. I also noticed not a lot of parents and or students were leaving. If there were going to be as many people at Mock Rock as they were at the graduation I would have to wear my black ski mask. I had bad anxiety but I loved to perform.

"Are you okay?" Tyler asked as he placed his hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah. But I have a gift for you." I smiled in excitement as I unlocked my car and popped open the trunk.

There was a gasp that came out of Tylers mouth followed by a screech.

I knew he would love it. It was a Yamaha Keyboard and I thought he would need one if we were going to travel a lot. He looked at it as if he were a tiny child on a Christmas morning opening that locomotive he'd been asking for, for a whole year. I loved seeing his smile.

His hands were gliding across the black shiny surface and around the black and white keys. As he did so his smile grew bigger.

"I think we should get back inside." I said as I took my framed diploma out of my jacket pocket. "I'll bring it to you later." I continued on as I tossed the frame in the trunk with the keyboard.

"Okay." He said as he let go and flashed a smile at me.

We were backstage and I didn't think I could go out there. I cracked open the curtain a little while the third to last act was still performing. She was good. She was dancing to Helena so long and goodnight by My Chemical Romance. I was so nervous I walked away from the curtains and sat on a stool. I could see Tyler was as nervous as I was so I went towards him.

"You okay?" I asked as I rubbed his back.

"I'm just excited but what if-"

I cut him off "They'll love our performance." I said with a confident smile.

He put on his ski mask and sat there with his hands over where his ears would be. We both lifted our heads as we heard the music stop. The next act went on stage as the female (I think her name is Kendra) came towards us.
