Harry's POV

Something is wrong. It's obvious. She's sitting on the couch running her fingers though her hair like crazy. Something she only does when we have to talk about something serious. Which, honestly is something she and I never do. We don't seem to ever need to.

"You know I love you, right?" She says and my stomach drops. Where is she going with this?

"Yes?" I manage to get out.

"Alright, well... We need to talk." She breathes and my gaze turns toward the wall. Something tells me this isn't something I'm going to want to hear.

"I talked to Simon today." She begins and then goes into this explanation about how Simon gave her an opportunity to become a songwriter. She'd be getting paid and basically have a real job for SYCO.

"Remi, that's great news!" I smile at her, although I'm still extremely confused as to why she's acting so nervous.

"Yeah, well, you see... That's where it gets complicated." She says, biting her lip.

"How so?" I urge her to continue.

"I have to be taken off the album project. I wont be working with you guys anymore. I'll be working on the mixing, but you guys wont be in the studio for that." I now understand. My face drops a bit.

"Oh." I say, that's all I could say.

"I don't know what to do Harry." She put her face in her hands. I hate seeing her so conflicted. I lift her head up to look at me.

"What do you want to do?" I ask her, feeling like I already know the answer. She doesn't answer right away, which confirms what I'm thinking. I have to admit, it breaks my heart that I wont be working with her all day, but if this is what will make her hap

"I want to take this new opportunity." She says, finally. I do my best to smile. I know this will be amazing for her.

"Sounds good." I say and she freezes.

"Sounds good?" She asks, completely surprised.

"Yeah. Why are you so surprised?" I asked her.

"I thought you'd be mad." She replied. I'm not going to lie I was a little offended. Obviously I'd support her no matter what.

"Why would I be mad!?" I say, sounding mad. "Sorry, sorry... I'm happy for you. Simon seems to love you, and that's super cool. Yeah, I'm a bit disappointed that we cant see each other all the time now, but that will probably be good for our relationship, right? I mean, we basically live together because I did just move a drawer full of my stuff into your room. So it'll probably be good that we have some time apart." I say, partially teasing her from the night before. Her jaw is on the floor as she looks at me.

"I don't understand how you can be so amazing!" She tackles me into a hug on the couch and kisses me. "I love you so much Harry Edward Styles." She adds and I laugh at her.

"I love you too, Remington Grace Cartwright." I add, kissing her again. I can feel the smile on her face as we kiss. I laugh lightly.

"I can't believe I stressed out about this so much." She sighed, sounding so relieved.

"I can't either. Rem, please know that I will support you no matter what." I say, kissing her forehead. "But thank you for discussing it with me first. That means a lot to me." I add and she smiles.

"I guess I should go tell the rest of the boys. I hope they're as cool with it as you." She adds.

"If they're not, I'll punch them." I joke and she rolls her eyes.

"Be nice to them!" She hits me, "but thanks." She kisses my cheek.

"You're insane." I say as we get up and walk out of the flat and over to Liam's. She sat all the boys down and explained the entire situation to them. Apologizing over a zillion times even though all of us were happy for her. She seemed genuinely excited about the new project. I couldn't help but get excited for her. She honestly has so much talent that this will be good for her, and as long as she's still working on our album. This is going to work out just fine. She finished explaining and all the boys assured her they were okay and proud of her. She laughed; finally seeming completely relieved, and brushed her hair back.

"Thank you all so much." She hugs all the guys before turning to me. "Now, can we go celebrate?" she asks me and I smile.

"What do you have in mind?" I ask. She takes my hand and squeezes it lightly.

"Come on." She said, saying goodnight to the boys as we walked out of the room. I can hear them all howling back at us, making even me turn red a bit. We walk down the hall to her flat and walk inside. She walks into the kitchen and jumps onto the counter. I look at her, not really knowing where she's going with this, but I totally know where I want it to go.

"Do you, want to watch a movie?" I ask and she shakes her head. "Umm...?" I look at her, suddenly feeling my body start to buzz, hyper aware of everything. She inches her finger over to me, signaling me to come closer. I cross the room in half a second, and my lips crash to hers. "What's happening right now?" I said, not meaning to say that out loud. She laughs, gets off the counter and walks out of the kitchen, down the hallway and to our bedroom. You have got. To be kidding me. The next thing I know, I'm running.
