Remington's POV
There was something seriously wrong with Harry. I could see it in his eyes, but I couldn't figure out what. Have I done something wrong recently? We've barely seen each other... Maybe that's the problem? I was so worried that I couldn't focus the rest of my rehearsal. I was completely zoning out trying to figure out what was going on with him.
"Remington!" Sal came on the speaker system from the other side of the sound booth and I finally snapped out of my trance. "Remington! What's going on?" He asked, finally getting my attention. I sighed.
"I don't know." I said, taking my headphones off. I walked over to the sound booth door and waited for him to unlock it. He turned in his chair to look at me.
"You were doing so well before, what's going on now?" He asked, trying to read my face. I walked over to the couch and plopped down.
"I think there's something wrong with Harry." I explained, scrunching my face in confusion.
"Oh?" He questioned.
"I don't know what though... Maybe because we've been so busy recently, we haven't had time for each other..." I trail off.
"Maybe he's losing interest." Sal says and I look at him in surprise.
"I don't think so." I laugh. For some reason the thought just seemed ridiculous. Harry and I loved each other.
"Well you're the one who said you've barely seen each other in 2 weeks." He pressed. I was getting annoyed now. Why was he trying to convince me that Harry didn't love me anymore?
"That's because we've both been over worked like no other. We still see each other! We're just exhausted when we do." I protested his ridiculous accusations. Sal looked away from me, mumbling something. "What did you just say?" I asked him. He looked at me confused. "I know you said something. What did you say? Do you know something I don't know?" I pressed.
"I know you're too good for him." Sal finally confessed and I looked at him shocked.
"You don't know what you're talking about. If anything, Harry deserves better than me! Now that you've successfully annoyed me, I think we should call it quits for the day. I'd rather work extra hard on Monday than spend any more time here. When you're ready to apologize for bashing the person I love, feel free." I ranted, getting up from the couch and walking out of the studio room. I walked down the hallways to One Directions sound room and busted through the door. All the boys were sitting in the mixing room looking very frustrated. I walked over to the couch and sat down between Harry and Zayn. I let out an angry growl.
"Is everything okay babe?" Harry asked me and I glared at him.
"No. I need a break." I said, folding my arms. Harry looked at me shocked and hurt and then I realized what he thought I meant. "Oh my god! No! Baby! No! I mean from work." I corrected myself and he relaxed a bit.
"You're telling us." Louis said, from the corner of the room where he's bashing his head up against the wall.
"I excused myself for the day. Sal and I have seen too much of each other recently." I grumbled. For some reason this caught Harry's attention.
"What did he do?" He asked, an angry look on his face.
"Nothing really. He just pissed me off." I half lied. I didn't want to tell him what Sal actually said. I knew it would hurt him.
"We should take a break for the day, go home and rest." Liam said, looking around the room and noticing everyone's exhausted and frustrated state.
"Would that be okay?" He asked the team they were working with.
