Chapter 4

Emma's POV:

Henry was sitting alone. He looked upset. I walked over & sat next to him.

"What's wrong kid?"

"I'm just missing my dad" He responded with a sigh. I took his hand & squeezed it.

"I miss him too, but how will we move on in life if we still hold onto things of the past?" I asked him. He didn't respond. It looked like his mind was elsewhere.

"Henry? Is there something you wanna ask me or something?" I said.

"Can we live in a castle?" He blurted. I took a second to think.

"Don't you wanna live with Mary Margaret & David?" I asked

"Yes, no? I don't know. Neal would've tried."

"Why a castle?" I asked.

"I am the grandson of Snow White & Prince Charming aren't I?"

"No need to be cocky about it!" I said jokingly. We both laughed.

"All right, Henry. If it is a castle you want, a castle you shall have." He hugged me tight. All I want is his happiness.

The boat started shaking

"What's going on?" I yelled over to Captain Hook.

"We're under attack!" He yelled back.

"What beast attacks us?" I dad asked. Hook looked into the water & looked annoyed, yet frightened.

"Mermaids!"
