One and Only

Chapter 25

Thea's P.O.V

*morning*

Mikey woke me up with little kisses on my belly. It was weird but cute at the same time. I was smiling and laughing until it set in what today was. I have to go back to campus. Blah.

"Good morning Buttercup." He says and smiles.
"Goodnight morning Sunshine." I reply with a smile.
"I think Matt is cooking breakfast if you wanna get some before you have to leave.@ he suggested.
"I'm always up for food." I joke.

We walk downstairs to the kitchen where mom and Matt are talking. Leda is in school, since it is a week day. I told her I'll wait until she gets out of school to go back.

"Wants some breakfast Squirt?" Matt asked.
"You're such a mind reader." I reply and laugh."
"What shall it be today?"
"Um. Surprise me." I shrug.

Which he did surprise me. There were eggs, bacon, bacon, fruit, and juice. I am in heaven right now.

"Mom. You have got to marry this man."
"I'm planning on it." Mom smiled.

I grabbed a plate and placed some of everything on my plate. I sat down and begin to eat.

"I've never seen you eat like this." Mikey joked.
"I'm eating for two okay." I laughed.
"I know." He smiles and kisses my cheek.

Once I finished eating I helped mom with the dishes. Mikey went ahead and took my suitcase to my Jeep. I can tell he doesn't want me to go even though he's trying to put on a mask. I don't want to go either but I already asked if I could do my classes online sooner but they won't let me. Apparently it took some time to get everything sorted out for me to do it in 3 months and they don't want to do more paperwork. I do get to see Bella again which I'm excited about. I haven't told her that Peanut is a girl yet. I wanted to surprise her but I haven dropped hints randomly. Today I sent her a picture of a pink smiley face. She doesn't get it so I just confused her even more. I find it funny even though she probably doesn't. My back is starting to hurt so I go sit on the couch.

"Hey sweetie." Mom said and sat beside me.
"Hey mom."
"How are you feeling?"
"Not bad. My back just hurts." I shrug.
"I understand. My back hurt with both you and Leda." She giggled.

Leda came home early so we could spend some time together before I left. We all helped make dinner which was funny considering Mikey and Leda aren't the best cooks. But all went well and we got it done. I'm leaving after dinner so we all kinda savored it as much as we could. But the time came when I had to leave. I got my coat on and hugged everyone. Mikey and I hugged longer than anyone else. He gave me one of his shirts and hoodies that smell like him so I can have him with me. I didn't want to cry in front of him so I fight all I could to hold them back.

"I love you, My Queen." He smiled.
"I love you, My King." I smiled back the tears.
He leaned down to my belly, "Daddy loves you, my Princess." He planted kisses on my tummy.

Afterwards i went and got into the Jeep and started the journey to campus. I wanted nothing more to turn around and go home but I knew I couldn't.

*skip drive*

I arrived to campus and started walking to my room. Once I got there Bella threw the door open and practically tackled me into a hug.

"Hi. Can I please put this suitcase down?" I ask.
"Oh. Yeah." She let go and smiled.

I placed my suitcase by my bed and sat down.

"Damn. You got huge." She laughed.
"Yes. I know." I look at my belly.
"So, is my Worm a boy or girl?" She asks.
