One and Only

Chapter 18

Thea's P.O.V

I woke up before Mikey. So me being the person I am, leans over and kisses him. I keep leaving peck kisses on his lips until he opens his eyes.

"Good morning, Sunshine." I say with a huge grin. Waking up next to him is the best thing I could ever ask for.
"Good morning, Buttercup." He says as he stretches.
"What would you like to do on this Sunday?" He asked.
"No clue."
"We'll come up with something as the day continues." He replies.

We do that a lot actually. We wing it pretty much every day. But it works we always find something to do. We get out of bed and go downstairs. Matt and mom were awake and drinking coffee.  I think Matt pretty much lives here. Leda was there so she must still be asleep.
"Good morning." I say and walk to the frigid for juice.
"Morning." Mom replies.
"Morning squirt."
"I'm bored. We have nothing to do today." I complain.
"Us either." Mom added.
"Lets go get ice cream." Mikey offered.
"Okay. Let me go get dressed." I start walking to the stairs.
"No. Go with me with what you have on. You look beautiful." Mikey said and grabs my hand for me to stop walking.
"I look like trash." I reply.
"No you don't. Please"
"Grr. Fine." I reply and grab my keys and phone from the counter.
"We'll we back." I call out before walking out the door.

We walk to my Jeep. I should name it. I'll have to think of a name. Half way there Mikey puts his hand on mine. I tried to hide my smile but it must have no worked since he smiled.
Once we got there I parked and we started walking to the parlor. I went and sat down at our favorite booth while he got the ice cream.

"Here you are, my lady." He says and places my ice cream in front of me.
He slides into the booth across from me with his ice cream. I start eating my ice cream when I look up I see Mikey pointing his phone towards me.
"What are you doing?" I ask.
"Nothing." He said. But I knew he did something because when he tries to lie his left eyebrow twitches.
I went back to eating my ice cream when I heard my phone bing. I pick it up and look at the notification form Instagram. That's what he did. He took a picture of me eating ice cream and posted it to Instagram with the caption: "Ice cream date with this beautiful. I talked her into coming with no makeup on, and she's the most beautiful person ever."

"You're so cheesy." I say smiling like an idiot.
"You love me." He said and took a spoonful of my ice cream.
"That is true." I reply and take some of his ice cream. Mint chocolate chip cookie dough.
Once we finished our ice cream I asked, "What now my love?"
He looked at me before saying, "Isn't there like an arcade that has laser tag and mini golf?"
"I believe so. Think it's like 30 minutes."
"We all should go." He said excited.
"We all?" I question.
"Yeah. You, me, Leda, mom, and Matt." He finished.
"We can go try to get them to go."
"Lets go then." He said getting up from the booth. He act like a little kid on Christmas

We got into the Jeep and went back home.
Once we go there Mikey basically ran inside. Once I got inside he was already asking them.
"You guys still not have anything to do?" He asks.
"No." Mom said looking up from her laptop.
"Lets go to the arcade. They have laser tag and mini golf."
"Sounds fun. Let's go." Matt agreed.
"I'm going to change clothes." I said and walked upstairs. I grabbed some yoga pants and a PINK shirt from Victoria' Secret. I better see if Leda wants to go.
I go to her door and knock before walking in.
"We're going to the arcade. Wanna come?"
She looks up from her laptop, "Sure. Gives me something to do."
I started downstairs and Leda behind me.
"We're ready."
"Let's go." Mikey said.
We all went to the Jeep and started to the arcade.
Once we got there we played laser tag. Mikey won the first round. Leda won the second round.
The one I had didn't work right or something. Or maybe I'm just terrible at it. Either one. After we played mini golf. I rock at this game. Not really but I'm better than I was at laser tag.
I was about to hit the ball when I heard a group of guys yell out to us. "If you stick your ass out more your swing will be better." One guy said. "I have balls you can play with sweetheart." The other guy said.
Once Mikey heard and looked up at them they practically ran. We finish playing golf, which I won. We decided to go get something to eat. There was a little food place inside the arcade so we decided to just go there.
