Final chapter lol

-Luke's POV-

Graduation was today.

Tomorrow, I'd be living with my boyfriend, hopefully soon to be fiancé. I know it seems crazy and like it's too soon, but I had already purchased a ring a few days before graduation. I planned to propose the night we had all moved into the house. Michael and Calum knew, they had even helped me pick the ring and plan the whole proposal. I was nervous, but I also couldn't wait. He was the love of my life; of that I was absolutely positive. I couldn't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

I got up and took a quick shower, then slowly dried my hair.

When I was ready, I went downstairs into the kitchen, where my mother was making pancakes.

"It's almost done, sweetie. But are you sure you want to move out so soon after you graduate?" She had been trying to get me to stay for at least a week before I moved out of the house.

"Yes, I'm sure. But you know I'm still going to come visit you and stuff all the time." I reminded her.

"Yeah, that's true." She sighed.

We ate quickly and left.

"Are you excited to graduate?" My mom asked me as we were pulling out of the driveway.

"Yes and no. I'm a little bit nervous." I admitted.

"You'll do fine. You can always come back with your father and I, too. He's meeting us there, by the way." She told me. I shrugged.

When I finally found Ashton, I could tell that he had been crying.

"Ash, baby, what's wrong?" I questioned.

"Leave me alone, Luke. Just go away." He coldly replied, though he began to cry again.

"What the hell!?" I demanded.

He turned around and tried to walk away, but I grabbed his arm and turned him around.

"What the fuck is your problem!?" I asked.

"You! You never even wanted to be with me! I was just a stupid dare! You just wanted to prove to your stupid friends that you could date a freak for a month! I should've known. I should have known that somebody like you would never go for something like me. Sorry I wasted your time." He explained, almost sobbing at this point.

"Ash, no! I mean, that's originally why I asked you out, but I love you! I swear I love you more than anything else in this whole world!" I gasped, trying to get the words out as fast as possible; trying to do anything to keep the love of my life from walking away, taking everything I could ever hope to love or have or be, with him.

"How can I believe you?" He asked.

Tears began to form in my eyes.

"I'll prove it to you! Ashton, I'll do anything! Please. Please don't leave." I began to cry.

"Luke, I'm done. I don't trust you anymore." He said.

"Ashton..."

"Just leave me alone."

Then he turned around and walked away.
