We stalked are way through the never-ending twists of the tunnels that kept us hostage. I never really paid much attention to the walls of this place before, they were black with no windows not even the breath of air could be heard. Naturally this would make someone afraid but for some reason it made me feel comfortable.....maybe even safe.
The sound of Sians roar broke me from my trance, we were surrounded by hundreds of guards, each circulating around us as if they were vultures and we were their food. They were dressed as if they were about to go to war.
"You can kill the others but don't kill Athena.....the boss wants her alive for the attack" I cocked my head to the side, he was whispering but yet i could hear him as clear as day as if he was standing right beside me.
"can you hear meeee?" i turned my head around faster than anyone could blink. I tried to speak and ask 'who said that' but nothing came out. I was too busy being frantic about the voice that I didn't notice that no one was moving.....everyone was frozen. A statue.
"let's playyy" A huge black mist appeared in front of me, it began to change and make a humming sound until it became.....ME!!
But it wasn't me, this thing has black swirls covering their arms, their hair blacker than the night sky, their eyes an endless pit of nothing.
"I wouldn't say that my dear. Accept me and I can help save your friendss"
" I felt your power, the darkness of it. I don't want that. I don't want you"
"then witness what darkness will prevail on this earth without me"
The dark halls of the warehouse disappeared. Replaced by fire and pain, the most unimaginable pain of the earth dying. Soldiers just like the ones who attacked us killed thousands of innocent people. That's what this boss was going to do. Attack innocent people who could not fight back. Kill those who were not warriors.
"yess. Yess now accept me before its too late" I thought long and hard about what could go wrong before muttering the words.
"I accept you" The biggest mistake I could and would ever make.
Sorry this chapter is short and I haven't been writing much, I've had exams.
