This here is my random book!
There are many like it, but this one is mine!
Basically this is a random book of my thoughts, Ninjago mini stories, Ninjago Characters X OC's, Random book ideas, updates on myself and my life and many more! Hope you enjo...
1/3 cup of honey 4 tablespoons, (half a bar) of butter 1 teaspoons of cinnamon 1/8 teaspoons of sea salt 1/4 teaspoons of baking soda 2 cups of blanched almond flour. I use the brand Honeyville, but I'm sure whatever blanched almond flour you might have would be fine.
Preparation
1) Preheat over to 275 degrees
2) Melt the butter
3) Combine the butter with all of the other ingredients in a mixing bowl and bend (or mix) the ingredients until well combined. I use my hands to do this, so make sure your wash your hands if you mix the ingredients up with your hands.
4) With a spoon or your fingers, create small, balls of dough, about a inch in diameter, and place them on a buttered baking sheet (or) a baking mat on a baking sheet. I don't butter my baking sheet and they come out fine. It depends on what you wanna do.
5) (OPTIONAL!!!!) press each cookie to flatten it using either the palm of your hand or the back of a fork or knife. U can criss-cross the top of the cookies with the back of a fork to get a hatch shape, (whatever that means. XD). Optionally, you can spinkle some cinnamon on the top of your cookie.
6) bake for 15 to 17 minutes. I do 17 minutes.
7) Cool and enjoy!
This is a cookie that my mother, brother and I quite enjoy and that is healthy. They can be a dessert or a snack, depends on what you want them to be. If you want a sweet treat, but don't want a ton of calories, this is your cookie! Here's what the almond flour cookies look like.

There's only a few since my family has been snacking on them. 😊 The bottom of the cookie should be lightly brown, like the picture below.
