I was researching on Ninjago elements for one of my OCs, Mary. I was scrolling through the Dark Magic board on Ninjago Wiki, and lo and behold this pops up!

Clouse and Bansha share the same Element! And that's what got me to thinking.....What if Clouse and Bansha are related? Now, I also added Neuro, the master of mind, into the title; this is important. Now, be aware that these are just theories that I came up with, so please don't be mad if they don't tie in with YOUR idea towards them. Ok, here are my theories, (I have more than one).
1) Clouse and Bansha are siblings. Elemental masters pass down their element to their descendents, as Sensei Garmadon says when the Ninja are on the ferry going to Chen's Island. It's possible that these two are actually siblings, sharing the same elemental master as their parents. Clouse and Bansha do have Dark Magic as their Element, after all! But that wouldn't explain Bansha's psychic abilities.....
2) Neuro is Clouse and Bansha's unknown sibling. This would explain why Bansha has mind powers, aka the same Element as Neuro. But why doesn't Clouse have mind powers? Its possible that one of their parents was the master of mind and another the master of Dark Magic. Their powers could have passed down into their kids, Clouse and Neuro being "true bloods" with just one power, while Bansha being a "mutant", having 2 powers in her veins.
3) Clouse and Neuro are siblings; Bansha is their mother.This would explain why Bansha has both of Clouse and Neuro's powers, but not how she got the elements themselves. My guess is one of Bansha's parents were the master of Mind while the other was Master of Dark Magic. Then when she had Clouse and Neuro, both elements choice a specific child who could use a specific element. Make sense?
4) Clouse and Bansha are married and Neuro is either one of their brothers (possibly Bansha's brother), or their child. I know, I know, Neuro looks almost as old as Clouse, but there is stuff called makeup and hair coloring that could alter ones looks. They share the same eyebrows! (XD) Neuro could be going through a Emo/Goth/rebellious teen stage, (Could you imagine?!?)
Any of these theories would explain how Clouse seemed to know Neuro here, when Neuro tried to read Chen's mind but ended up reading Clouse mind instead:

All of these theories seem pretty reasonable, right? But there are a few gaps, like this one here:

Where is Bansha?! Where is Neuro?! Where are their followers?! If my theories are true, why aren't they here?! Here are my ideas on both of their whereabouts:
Bansha : Bansha could have hidden the fact that Clouse was her sibling/husband, serving as a spy for Clouse and Chen. But when the citizens of Ninjago realized who she was, Bansha was banished to the Cursed Realm, (which would explain why Bansha is a ghost and not a human)
Neuro : Maybe Neuro wasn't born yet. Maybe he used the element of the Mind to make sure people didn't realize he was related to Clouse and Bansha. I'm not entirely sure about why Neuro wasn't banished from Ninjago, like Chen and Clouse were that day. This one is for you to decide.
