Cameras follow us backstage as the medics carry me into the trainers room and I continue to sob. "It hurts so bad." I cry as I'm set down onto a table very carefully, "We saw what happened out there kiddo, we're gonna get you fixed up okay?" The trainer says as I rub my eyes. Faint black streaks of mascara stain my tear soaked cheeks as Dean comes sprinting into the room, "Babe." I say before he hugs me tightly. "Oh my god, Addi, I was so worried." He says as I grip onto him tightly, "It hurts so much." I sniffle as he pulls back.

"I know it does, but everyone's gonna help you okay?" He smiles comfortingly as the trainer clears her throat, "Adriana, it's badly dislocated and bruised. I'm gonna call for the ambulance, but I've gotta pop it back into place." She says as my eyes widen and I shake my head. "No it's gonna hurt." I sniffle again as Dean holds both of my hands, "I've got to, I'm sorry." She says as I begin to cry again. Dean strokes my head as she lifts up my knee gently, "On three, 1..2.." She's has before harshly popping my knee back into place.

I fall back onto the table as I cry harder and she quickly wraps my knee with ice packs and tape. "Dean." I cry out as he picks me up and hugs me tightly, this is so not how I was planning on spending the rest of my night.

Eric's POV

"Right now we do have some important news about our Smackdown women's champion, Adriana. Her left knee has been severely damaged and dislocated by the brutal attack from Liv Morgan, right now she is being transported to a local hospital for treatment." David Otunga announces on the television screen in front of me as I watch the replays of Liv messing up Addi's knee. Billy and I are scheduled to head out first for our tag team match, but we're all getting a break before going on.

As much as I'm upset that Addi chose Dean over me, I can't stay upset with her. Her career could have quite possibly been ruined by Liv, and right now I gotta go find that wench. I fix my overalls before storming through the halls, I turn to the corner to see the Smackdown and Raw women surrounding Liv. "Are you fucking insane! What you did out there wasn't okay at all! Do you realize what you did to Adriana, her knee could quite possibly be broken because of you!" Mercedes screams in her face as Alicia Fox and Mella hold her back.

"Eric, you better tell your little girlfriend to watch herself." She says before storming off leaving Liv and I, "Are you out of your damn mind? How could you do something like that to her? She didn't do anything to you, damn it, I'm the one who broke up with you because I don't love you anymore!" I yell as Liv places her hand on my arm, "Eric, please.." She whispers as I shake my head. "She was the only girl I've ever loved that much, but you're too much of a jealous witch. I can't even look at you right now." I huff before walking away from Liv.

She hurt the girl that I had been in love with since the one day in NXT, Adriana was my life but I've come to realize that I've got to let my romantic feelings for her go. I just want to be there for her again, as a best friend and as a brother figure to her, she's an amazing person and I truly realize how upset I made her when I dropped that bombshell on her yesterday. So right now, I've gotta check on her and make things right between the two of us.

"She's been asking for you." Roman says as Dean turns his back to me and sniffles, "Go in, she really wanted to see you." He says as I nod and walk into the trainers room. Adriana lies on a table, her knee wrapped with black athletic tape and ice packs, her curly brown hair matted at the top and frizzed out around her head as black tear streaks stain her wet cheeks. "Hey there." I smile slightly as she quickly looks up at me, "Thank god." She says before grabbing my hand and pulling me down to her. She wraps her arms around me tightly as I hug her back and hold her against my chest, "How ya feelin'?" I ask as she sniffles and shrugs.

"They gave me some pain medication until Shane and Daniel clear the paperwork for the hospital." She says and tries to sit up, "Shit." She seethes before lying back again. "Look Adriana, I wanted to apologize for yesterday. I was out of line by doing that to you on your wedding, and I just want you to know that I love you like a sister and a best friend and I was hoping we could just go back to the way it was before everything between the two of us happened." I say as she wipes away her tears and stares at her knee motionless.

"I forgive you, I forgive you Eric." She whispers before grabbing my hand, "As much as I want to talk to you some more, I wanna see Dean again." She smiles slightly before leaning up to me and placing a kiss on my cheek. A smile works it's way onto my face as I nod before walking out of the room, "She wants-" I say as I walk out of the room to see Liv talking to Dean.

"What the hell? What the actual hell Liv, she wants you Dean." I say as he nods and yanks his arm away from her touch before walking into the room. "Leave, now." I growl as she frowns, "Eric, I-" She says as I throw my hand up. "Leave." I say again as she stares at me motionless, "Liv, leave!" I yell as she flinches and steps back. "I hate you." She cries before running off, "I hate you too!" I yell back before storming down the hall.

Somebody better get me someone or something to hit before I snap.
