seventeen

September 10th

"Push it Adriana! Let's go!" Eric shouts as I begin sprinting, my chest is on fire as I look down at the track under me. My feet barely touch against the rubber surface as I make it across the finish line, "Fuck!" I yell as I trip over my foot and land on my bad knee. "Shit!" I groan and sit down as Mercedes and Carmella rush over to me, "Stand up girly." Carmella says kindly as her and Mercedes help me stand up.

Cardio training is a huge pain in my ass, or my huge ass as Eric would like to say, "Walk it out!" Billy chuckles as Eric slaps his chest. "Shut it big boy!" Carmella yells at him and Mercedes grabs my arm and hand as I walk towards Eric, "Are you gonna be alright for tonight?" He asks and scoops me up into his arms as I bite my lip. "Yes." I breathe out as he carries me over to our car and places me in it. He waves goodbye to Mercedes, Billy, and Carmella before sitting in the drivers seat.

"Watch the hands." I quickly say as Eric places his hand on my inner thigh. He chuckles softly and keeps his hand there, moving it up slowly as I lean over and place my lips to his. "God I love you." He mumbles against my lips before grabbing a handful of my hair.

Later On That Night

"Stephanie wants to talk to you Adriana." My friend Lana smiles at me before walking over to her husband Rusev. I smile back at her before walking into Stephanie's office, a familiar man is sitting in one of the chairs in her office as my eyes widen. Dean Ambrose, my ex husband, my first love, my whole world, my best friend.

"Dean." I say before sitting down in the chair beside him, I still have a pinch of love left for him in my heart but Eric is my true love. Dean and I went through a nasty divorce that the media chewed up to make even worse, he cheated on me with Renee Young, a backstage reporter, I found out about it and let's just say that he needed to buy a new car.

"Adriana." He says and nods his head as Stephanie clears her throat, "Adriana, I know that you really don't want to be in here with him right now. But Shane, Daniel, Mick, and myself have come up with an idea and the rest of the company approves it." She says and I flip my straightened hair over my shoulder. "And that idea would be?" I ask as she sits up straighter, "Dean and you get back together." My eyes widen as she finishes her sentence.

"What about Eric, we're engaged. I can't do that to him." I say as Dean looks at me shocked, "You guys are?" He asks and I furiously nod my head. "Well you see, we made a poll on Twitter and most fans want to see you two back together. Remember when Dean won the title and you stood on the stage in tears before running down to him, he proposed and it was amazing. And beings as your both champions, why not get back together?" She says and I shake my head.

"Eric proposed randomly to you, Dean's was the best. Dump Eric and get back with Dean." She adds as my eyes fill up with tears, "It's what's best for business, I hope that you both understand that." Dean and I both turn to each other as Stephanie asks us to leave her office. We walk out and I run to Mercedes and Nikki as Dean yells my name.

"What's wrong doll?" Nikki asks and stands up as I break down in tears. I tell her the whole story and she hugs me tightly, my tears hit her shoulder as Mercedes rubs my back. "It'll be okay, let's go find Eric." Nikki says as I sniffle and pull away from her. Mercedes holds my hand as we walk around backstage looking for Eric, "Billy? Where's Eric?" Nikki asks and Billy looks up from his phone quickly. "Uh, I d-don't know." He stumbles as I stare at him questioningly, a giggle comes from the door beside him.

"No, no, no." I say and let go of Mercedes' hand before whipping the door open to see Eric and Liv cuddling and kissing on a couch. "Great fiancé I got here huh?" I ask as they both look at me, "Adri-" Eric begins to say as I throw my hand up. "I don't wanna fucking here it, we're done!" I yell and throw my engagement ring at him before storming out of the room, I shove Billy and Mercedes out of my way as I walk down the hall.

Various people call my name and I ignore them all, I make my way to Stephanie's office again. I throw open the door and thank god she's in there, "I wanna go to Smackdown." I state and she looks at me shocked. Before she can say a thing I tell her why and she calls Daniel Bryan, Shane McMahon, Mick Foley, and Carmella into her office and a trade is made.

Carmella to Monday night Raw, Adriana to Tuesday night Smackdown. Since I've been traded I have to vacate the title and meet up with Smackdown superstars and divas. I walk out of Stephanie's office where Nikki, Mercedes, Liv, Billy, Eric and Dean are waiting for me. I take a deep breath before walking up to them, "You're going to Smackdown?" Eric sniffles as I cross my arms over my chest and nod as Liv stares at me scared.

"Carmella is coming to Raw, I have to vacate my title and I told Stephanie that I want Cedes to win it this Monday. I have to buy a new plane ticket, pack my luggage, buy a new apartment, and try not to beat the shit out of little Liv over here." I say and Nikki grabs my arms, pulling me back towards her.

"Dean, can I have a word?" I ask and we walk over to a empty spot backstage. The group of people staring at us as I clear my throat, "I'm willing to try this again if you are, we can start off from where we left off. You and I, Dean and Adriana, boyfriend and girlfriend." I say and Dean nods. "Addi, of course. I love you so much, I've wanted you back ever since you moved out, I miss you." He says before hugging me tightly.

Well, this was a bit of a wild chapter!
