November 27th

Nothing better than a sunny Las Vegas Sunday, Dean and I out in the pool as I do my physical therapy exercises and he continues to splash me. "Babe!" I squeal as a giant splash of water hits me in the face and Dean chuckles, "You're such an ass." I groan before swimming over to him. "We have the whole day to ourselves, what would you like to do Mr. Ambrose?" I ask and wipe the water off my face, "I was thinking maybe we could do dinner and a movie, then I could do you." He smirks as I slap his arm and he laughs, "You have such a dirty mind." I shake my head and laugh slightly as I hear the doorbell.

"Is someone here?" I ask and look into the house through the open set of French doors, "Want me to check?" He asks as I shake my head. "I got it." I say and swim over to the pool steps before climbing out and grabbing my towel, Dean props himself up on the cement as I tie the towel around my waist and walk to the front door. I unlock a few locks before pulling the door open, an older woman and a little girl stand in front of me. "Yes?" I ask as the older woman looks at me, "Adriana DeMarco Ambrose?" She asks as my eyebrows furrow together.

"This is her, may I ask who wants to know?" I say and cross my arms as the little girl holds the lady's hand, "I'm Maxine Reynolds, I work for Child Protection Services of Nevada." She says as I nod slowly. "And what does that have to do with me?" I ask and laugh slightly, "Well, Mrs. Ambrose, this is your biological daughter Rayleigh May Ambrose." She smiles and I gasp. "Whose at the-" Dean begins to say from behind me as I look down at the little brunette girl, "Is t-that?" Dean asks again as I nod.

"W-We gave her up for adoption after she was born, we m-met her new parents and everything. Why are you here with her?" I ask and hold onto Dean's arm tightly, "Renee and Hunter Greyson passed away in a car accident three weeks ago." Maxine says as I gasp and Dean's eyes widen. "They had you listed as the first emergency contact in case anything were to happen to them, they stated that if anything should happen to them they want Rayleigh to be with her real parents again." She adds as tears well in my eyes and I look down at my daughter.

I was 20 when I had Rayleigh, it was right before Dean made his WWE debut and it was right after we moved into our first house in Pittsburgh. When I found out I was pregnant with Rayleigh, I freaked out and didn't tell Dean for 4 months. He found out one day while I was in the pool in our backyard, he saw my large belly and let's just say things got very out of hand. Being pregnant with Rayleigh was amazing, but when she was just barely a year old we gave her up to the Greyson's for adoption. We had visiting rights, but it was way too hard for us with work and all of our traveling.

"There's a lot of questions you must have, but someone will be by later tonight to drop off the rest of her things." Maxine says as Rayleigh hugs Dean tightly. "Of course, uh thank you." I say before she hands me two hot pink suitcases and walks back to her car, I feel a small hand on my leg as I look down to see Rayleigh. "Hi mommy." Her high pitched voice says as I squat down and hug her tightly, I always thought that I would never see her again until she was ready to come find Dean and us.

I guess Renee and Hunter wanted her to know us because my five year old daughter that I haven't seen in almost four years just called me mommy. Her brunette pigtails brush against my face as I run my hands along her back, a jacket that reads Becky Lynch covers her tiny torso as I hear my husband sniffle. "I missed you Leigh." I whisper and kiss her cheek a few times as she giggles, "I missed you too mommy." She whispers in my ear before I let go. "Dean, could you call everyone and invite them over. We're gonna have ourselves a welcome home party for our baby girl." I smile as he nods and runs up to our room and Rayleigh giggles.

I smile at her, remembering her pink and purple princess room situated right across the hallway from Dean and I's room.

I remember spending so much money to make it perfect for my little princessa as I liked to call her, we had my dad and brothers build a carriage as her bed and I hoped and prayed every single day that she would instantly love it

I remember spending so much money to make it perfect for my little princessa as I liked to call her, we had my dad and brothers build a carriage as her bed and I hoped and prayed every single day that she would instantly love it. "Wanna go see your room Leigh?" I smile and hold my hand out as she accepts and I pick up both suitcases with one hand before leading her up the stairs to her room. I push the door open and Rayleigh lets out a tiny gasp, "I love it!" She squeals and runs to the bed. She climbs onto it and lays down, cuddling with the stuffed animal that was sat on the edge of the bed.

I watch her giggle and roll around slightly as Dean walks into the room and wraps his arms around my waist, "Look at us Addi, we're a family. We got our daughter again." He whispers in my ear as I place my hand over my mouth and begin to cry as Rayleigh looks over at us, "What's wrong?" She gasps and runs off the bed before running over to me and wrapping her little arms around my leg.

I never thought I'd say it, but this is my family. Dean Ambrose is my gorgeous husband and Rayleigh May Ambrose is my adorable daughter, and I, Adriana DeMarco Ambrose, am one happy momma and wife.

This is the next step in my life, and I can't wait to see what life will throw at us next.

Hello guys!

I'm very sad but excited to say that this is the last chapter in the Faded book, it's been a whirlwind writing this but I'm so very glad that I did. It's opened my eyes to so many new things and honestly it was so much fun to write! I don't have a set date for when I'm going to start the 2nd book, but hopefully it will be sometime very soon!

Thank you all for reading, voting, and commenting on my book. It really made me feel good, and it made me feel like I accomplished something amazing. So thank you all again so so so much, and keep an eye out for the second book in the Faded series, Blurred!
