A little game

'Well, well, well...' I heard as me and Taylor were standing there I immediately turned around and saw a man with a hood over his head walking closer to me and Taylor.

He stood in front of Taylor he wouldn't take his eyes off her. I saw Taylor move uncomfortably stepping back I took a hold of her hand.

'What do you want?' Taylor asked.

'Oh nothing much' he said shrugging his shoulders.

'What do you want from me?' he looked at me then back at Taylor.

'Just to see you'

'Well you've seen me now goodbye' she said then turning around fast then began to walk away but he grabbed the back of her hair. I yanked his arm away

'Don't you fucking touch her' I said through gritted teeth. He laughed sarcastically

'what are you her bodyguard or something?'

'No I'm not, but she needs one especially from sick bastards like you I know what you used to do to her beat her until she's black and blue never used to feed her so her bones would pop out of her body. She has a real family now and nothing and no one will take that away from her' he just laughed.

'So I was just wondering' he said taking a step forward she stepped back.

'If you uh told your boyfriend about our poker nights?' he asked grinning I looked over at Taylor she looked terrified.

'So Justin when me and my friends have our poker nights we us-'

'Shut up!' Taylor yelled walking towards Kevin like she was going to hit him I grabbed both of her arms pulling her back.

'I swear you should be driven off a cliff right now no actually I should just go shove your fucking head in that water and keep your head under the until you stop breathing'

'Oh really?' he asked raising his eyebrows.

'Yes really!' she screamed her face was bright red from anger don't think I've never seen her like this. 'What you did to me these past years proves that you're not a real man, what kind of man hits girls? It just goes to show what a fucking coward you are!' she yelled breathing in and out heavily. He smirked

'Just because you got out of it last time doesn't mean I'm not coming back for you little girl' he spat then began walking away.

Taylor started walking in the other direction I watched Kevin as he walked away as soon as I saw him disappear I immediately ran after Taylor.

She went and stood in front of the water looking out into the sea I saw her wipe tears away as well I didn't say a word I just walked up behind her and wrapped my arms around her and rested my chin on her shoulder and she turned around and clung onto me so tight. I heard her start to cry again her body shaking.

'Shhh baby' I said trying to calm her rocking her from side to side ever so slightly.

'Justin' she said I looked down at her and she looked up at me I wiped some of her tears away.

'I need to talk to you when we get back' she said.

'Okay Tay, let's get going' she sniffed and nodded then made our way back to the car.

When we arrived back at Scooter's Taylor got out the car and slammed it shut then walked to the front door and opened it and left it open I got out the car and closed the door and locked the car behind me then walked into Scooter's. I followed Taylor into the kitchen

'Taylor...' I said and she turned around. 'Did you hear what he was saying before I cut him off?' she asked nervously.

She went and sat down on the floor her back leaning against the cupboard she wrapped her arms around her stomach. I sat down next to her and grabbed her hand.
