The opposite of love is apathy, and hate is really same as love- if you are so consumed with hatred, you might as well be loving them because you are thinking about them for the same amount of time.

Sarah's POV

"But I am really sorry! I am a really bad friend."

"If you say that again Alice, I would actually give you an example of being a bad friend by deciding not to shop with you." I responded rather curtly, but it wasn't exactly my fault that Alice kept on apologizing excessively about making me leave the club because she saw her ex there.

"You wouldn't cancel our shopping!" She exclaimed petrified.

"Look, Zach gave me his number. I would give him a call if that makes you fell any better." I explain trying to calm Alice down. She is such a drama queen.

"Yay! I ship you guys so much I'm gonna die!"

"Oh, but before I die, I need to try on this dress ASAP." And with that she rushed to the trial room leaving me alone with my thoughts.

Zach is very hot indeed, but I really am not looking for any relationships at the moment. I am already so preoccupied with mom, and the wedding... And Oh! How can I forget? Mr. William. I can't believe what I got myself into.

"Does this dress say I am so sexy, take me home or we could totally do it in the back of your car?" Alice says wearing a tight red dress that is totally the size of a sock just wrapped around her.

"It says- 'Hey take me right now right here, I could be the lady of your night while I decimate my self respect and make bad decisions'."

"Great! I'm buying it!"

****

Ugh...I absolutely hate Monday mornings and an early morning message from the devil himself asking me to meet me at his apartment at 6 in the morning-definitely sounds like a nightmare.

I take a cab because its just too early in the morning for me to be able to keep my eyes open and the caffeine hasn't kicked in just yet.

Pressing the button for penthouse I couldn't help but feel a little anxious. The devil's cousin is going to be working with us for a few weeks. I just hope that he isn't like Mr. William. One, I can manage, but two would just send me six feet underground.

Coming out of the elevator I am greeted by the ever so jovial Margaret. She works for Mr. William and cooks the most delicious food. A few days earlier I stopped by to drop a few documents and she insisted that I taste the lasagna that she made and it was truly heaven on a plate.

"Good morning Sarah. I love the skirt you are wearing today." She greeted with a smile.

"Thanks, Margaret. Um.. do you have any idea why Mr. William called me here?" I ask her confused.

"I am afraid I don't. You could help me in the kitchen if you like till then. I am cooking breakfast."

"I would love to." I replied.

Margaret is seriously a magician in the kitchen. Its been just a few minutes and she has cooked Cinnamon polenta pancakes, poached eggs and only the muffins are left for baking.

"Could you set the oven on, Sarah? I'll call Ethan for breakfast."

"Oh. Yes, of course." I respond as I made my way to the oven. Is this even an oven? It looks like a portal to a parallel universe. What the hell are all these options. Um...Okay I guess this is the baking mode...um...the temperature? Yeah I guess this is it.
