This is kind of a filler chapter. But to make it more interesting I filled it with various Wild World references. So enjoy!

Dan POV.
Cold water showered our naked bodies as we were tangled in each others arms. I held your head close to my chest. This embrace seemed to last for hours.
"You knew." I finally broke the comfortable silence.
"Yes." She whispered.
"Why didn't you tell me?"
"I was afraid that your timer wouldn't glow green. Scared that you were my soulmate but I wasn't yours." She mumbled into my chest, her voice cracking a little.
"This world. It's more fucked up than fiction, Sarah. Don't you just want to be free of this? I want to be able to fall in love without the stupid numbers telling me when it's going to happen. I'm happy I found you, but what if I didn't? I wouldn't be able to live knowing that there is a person out there who I belong with and they will never meet me. And what if my timer glowed and yours didn't. I'd be forever doomed I don't-"
"Dan stop rambling! I'm here now and that's all that matters. I'll hold you in this wild world no matter what." She kissed me on the lips and then proceeded to get out of the shower. "And Dan..."
"Yeah?"
"What you just said would sound so amazing if it was a song." She smiled before grabbing a towel and walking out of the bathroom. I followed her with my gaze before turning off the water and getting out of the shower.
When I got out I saw her sitting on the bed brushing her damp hair with my comb.
"I hope you don't mind if I borrowed this."
"Yeah no worries. Do you want to meet my band tomorrow? You can stay the night."
"I'm living Julia's dream!" She giggled. "And yes, that would be wonderful."
"Give me a few seconds, I'll find you a change of clothes to sleep in. You can throw yours in the drier."
I grabbed a small t-shirt and a pair of boxers from my closet. Her script was still sitting on my coffee table.
"Is that mine?" She asked as she noticed that my gaze rested on the stack of papers.
"Yes, I read it 5 times. I love it. I want you to write a music video for us."
"Really? Are you serious?!" She gasped and I tossed her the clothes.
"Of course!"
"Which song?"
"Torn Apart. Make it as insane as you possibly can. I want you to make me uncomfortable with the video to represent how fucking awful it is to be torn away from your loved one."
She just stared at me and started laughing.
"I can't believe you literally just hired me." She said in between giggles. "Give me a proper job interview next time."
"You want a job interview? I'll give you a job interview." I said as I pushed her onto the bed kissing her neck as she continued laughing. "So... Sarah, describe yourself in three words."
"Creative, enthusiastic... Dan! That tickles!" she couldn't stop giggling as I bit down on her earlobe.
"Hmm...'Dan, that tickles'?" I repeated her words. "Elaborate on that." I whispered into her ear.
"I just want you so fucking bad." She moaned.
"Congratulations Sarah, you're hired!" I rolled off of her laughing. "Goodnight!"
"Hey! We weren't finished!" She exclaimed.
I laughed as she snuggled into my shoulder. We lay like that for a while. My eyelids started to get heavy.
"By the way, I don't want to tell the boys about the soul mate thing just yet. Kyle has a big mouth so he might let it slip during an interview. I want to keep our relationship private for now."
"Whatever you want love. For now, we will just have to fake it." She kissed my cheek.
"It's going to be hard when all I want to do is waste all my time with you."
