Jenya grabbed David's wrist, "Slow down. Let's not kill each other yet. She is your sister?"

David balled his hands into fist, "Yeah, she is. Look, man, she may not have told you but she is fifteen. So you realize how young that is?"

Lukas squared his shoulders and glared, his voice silencing everyone around the room, "Yes, I do. But, I believe that woman have their own right to choose the men they date. Age is only a number."

"Age also determines the level of innocence one may be subject to. My sister does not need a high dosage of your level of innocence. I would not want her to be tainted by your family." David retorted.

"You son of a-" Lukas slurred forward to hit him but someone grabbed his arm and yanked him away.

Jenya swallowed her fear as she looked up at Lukas's father, who remained stoic as he pulled his son behind him, "You are causing a scene, are we? It seems to be a reoccurring event over the years, especially with Ms. Jenya involved."

Jenya felt her blush deepen. She knew that Lukas's father knew about her past relationship with Lukas. It wasn't a secret, really, but it caused an uproar. Every time she and Lukas made an appearance, someone made a fit.

Lukas didn't seem fazed by his father's comment. He kept his attention in David, instead.

"Mr. Diederich, we were simple having a slight disagreement. You know how quickly things get out of hand." Jenya said, trying her best to get rid of him.

Mr. Diederich did not seem convinced, "Then would you care to explain what has happened?"

David narrowed his eyes at Lukas, "Your—"

Another figure walked up and met eyes with Lukas's father, "Is there a problem here, William?" The man asked, raising a dark eyebrow at him.

David's eyes flickered up to the man behind him before refocusing on Lukas.

Next to David, there was a tall, dark figure dressed in a impeccable military suit. Fear radiated off of the man. He was handsome, a fairly similar to David, but his eyes held a sense of loss and hurt— it was as if he was sorrow and fear himself.

"Not at all, Major. I am just keeping the peace between our children." Mr. Diederich said, coolly.

"Father, nothing is wrong." David voiced, never taking his eyes off of Lukas.

"I find that hard to believe. William, your son seems to be causing the most trouble, sir. Perhaps you should practice control and discipline in your household." The Major replied.

Mr. Diederich frowned, "My son?"

"What is going on here." Another voice asked as a older woman, Mrs. Diederich, dressed in champagne colored dress stepped in beside her husband.

"I came into stop a fight." Mr Diederich mumbled, knowing far to well that he was never going to hear the end of it.

David's father's eyes focused on Mrs. Diederich. His face was unreadable.

Jenya didn't really blame the major for being entranced with Mrs. Diederich. She was absolutely terrifying to look at and yet, she was beautiful. Jenya, though, did find it sort of odd how long the major kept his eyes on her.

"Our son was starting a fight? I can hardly believe this." Mrs. Diederich asked, looking directly at her son.

Lukas raised his chin up, like he was some proud prodigal son. In the eyes of his parents, he could do no wrong.

"I think it was just a simple misunderstanding." Lukas said, plastering that all to familiar smile on his face, "David and I solved our problem on our own, yes?"
