Was this a dream? I couldn't believe how perfect the night had been. I couldn't remember the last time I'd felt so comfortable around someone besides Tyler.

I smiled as I looked down at Autumn, sound asleep with her head resting on my chest. She looked so beautiful when she was sleeping. Her light blonde hair was sticking out from underneath her beanie at all different angles. Her long eyelashes fluttered every so often as if she was dreaming. Her lips were slightly parted and curved upwards into a soft smile. She looked so peaceful.

The scenery around me was the most beautiful view I had seen in my entire life, but I couldn't stop looking at Autumn.

I smiled as I wrapped my arms tighter around her small waist and laid my head back onto the blanket. I closed my eyes, completely happy and with no worries in the world for the first time since I could remember.

I woke up to the light in my room shining on the backs of my eyelids. I slowly opened my dreary eyes as the world came back into view.

Wait... where was I?

I looked around as the gorgeous mountains came into view around me. I felt my heart begin to race as I realized that I was still on the mountaintop.

As I began to take in my surroundings, I realized that I was still lying on Joshua with his arms wrapped tightly around me. A smile escaped my lips. I didn't want to get up.

Can I just stay here forever?

What time was it?

CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!

I sat up quickly in a panic, escaping from Joshua's warm embrace. Joshua suddenly woke up at my sudden movement and looked around, just as confused as I was.

"I-I'm so sorry Joshua!" I rushed as I stood up to start packing up everything. "I-I must have fallen asleep and now it's morning and.." I started shaking.

He quickly snapped out of his sleepy daze and stood up quickly. He walked over to me and pulled me towards him, wrapping me in a hug.

"It's ok Autumn" he said gently. "Really it's not a big deal. That was actually the first good night's sleep I had in a while" he chuckled.

I pulled away from him slightly to look at his deep brown eyes and chuckled with him. "Me too actually" I smiled. "I actually really have to go though because I have concert band rehearsal" I said, clearly stressed about time.

His eyes grew wide in understanding. He let me go and started rushing to pack everything up with me.

"We better get you back then!" He smiled.

I blushed. As usual. He was definitely the nicest person I had met in my entire life. I nodded in return as I bent my head to fold up the blanket and hide my bright red cheeks.

We gathered everything up as I stood at the ridge taking one last look at the view. Somehow it was even more beautiful during the sunrise. I couldn't stop smiling.
