Ding! They arrived at the rural area of Gyeongju; vast plains of farmland surrounded them. There were the occasional farms and houses, but nothing more. It was very…empty. Knolls, lakes, ponds, trees, mountains, nature was at every corner. In the springtime, the place was very beautiful, with pink blossoms and sweet scents coveting you. In the summer, everything was green and warm. In the winter (or should I say fall) the landscape was painted with browns, reds, oranges, and yellows. All year round it was a marvelous place. It was fall transitioning into spring, so the leaf buds were beginning to grow and the grass was preparing to grow a lush green. Animals withdrawn from hibernation and came out into the world again, seeking food. ChanHee’s brown streaks of hair swished gracefully in the wind. Ah~ this place is wonderful. The breeze introduced a chill into ChanHee’s body and having no gloves and no pockets, he trembled coldly. LJoe took this into consideration and held ChanHee’s hands in his.
“What are you doing?”
LJoe brought his hands up to his mouth, stopping a centimeter from it. Blushing, ChanHee looked at the shorter man’s way of warming his freezing hands. The blonde breathed warm breaths on ChanHee’s hands, rubbing his hands with the taller man's.
“ByungHun…”
LJoe kissed the front of ChanHee’s hand gently and dropped them. LJoe walked ahead on the stone path, taking off without ChanHee. ChanHee looked down at his hands and back at the walking figure. My hands are warm now...
They didn’t walk far. They took it slow to admire the beautiful scenery. Promenading, their pace was leisurely, examining the colors and sights of the view. Trees draped down across from each other, revealing a hidden path between the trees. LJoe tapped ChanHee and tilted his head to the orchard. Following, ChanHee strolled alongside LJoe, resuming his sightseeing. His navy blue scarf twisted and twirled in the fresh air. His arms were dangling at his sides while his head was turned in the opposite direction, avoiding LJoe’s eyes. I can’t look at him…I just can’t…ChanHee thought. LJoe sighed and reached his hand out. Feeling something on his hand, ChanHee glanced down.
“ByungHun-ssi-“ LJoe laid a finger over the man’s lips.
“Shh. Don’t call me that. How many times do I have to say it?” LJoe said. His grip was firmer and they cruised down the path, hand in hand.

Sung Hyun Seok lazily turned on the TV and flipped through channels. It’s not like there is anything good on TV these days…except for dramas, she thought. She repetitively clicked the “+” button on the remote and caught a glimpse of the news channel. The channel showed a crime scene investigation and police cars zooming around the place, with police officers scoping the area. Guess I’ll watch the news. The investigation included various pieces of evidence and witnesses, but it was too dark to see the murderer. People say it was a man with brown hair that was about 173 cm, wearing a grey jacket and jeans. This is getting boring, she thought, changing the channel once more. Ooh! I Hear Your Voice marathon on SBS! Yessss!
Watching eight episodes nonstop, she rested on her couch and thought, maybe that crime case earlier had to do something with my life. You never know…you could be friends with a killer…Friends…Boyfriends with one! No, no…that’s not possible. My ChunJi could never be a killer! She switched back to the news channel once more, still on the same topic. The crime scene was under more investigation and the puzzle was not yet completed. A picture appeared on the screen of a man running away, his brown hair the only part revealed besides his clothes. I didn't call him or see him that afternoon...I don't know what he wore. Those clothes look familiar though...

The pair stared at ChanHee’s cellphone. It ringed with the caller ID: Seokkie~.
“Seokkie, seriously?” LJoe deserved a punch on the arm.
“Should I answer it?” ChanHee quivered.
“No. Don’t.” LJoe murmured. ChanHee didn’t take heed of his words and clicked the answer call button. LJoe’s eyes shot at the screen and plucked the phone from ChanHee. He raised the phone to his face and yelled, “WHAT DO YOU WANT WOMAN? HUH? CAN’T YOU SEE WE’RE KINDA BUSY?”
“Oh you were busy? You should of just told me~ Do you want me to call you back?”
“NO. NEVER. GOODBYE.” An abrupt “wait” was issued on the other line and LJoe was forced to talk. “What do you want now?”
“Is ChanHee there? Can I talk to him? It’ll be quick I promise.” LJoe passed the phone to ChanHee and he answered.
“Hey…I have to talk to you about something in private.” ChanHee shooed the brunette away.
“Okay, I’m alone. So what do you have to tell me?”
“Did you see the news lately? I saw the news and the description of the killer was so similar-I mean-looked like someone I knew. And you aren’t at the apartment…I was wondering where you were. Are you doing alright?” She went to my apartment? Why me.
“I went on a business trip in China. After this I have to go to Japan and to eastern Korea. I was really late and had to leave. That guy who goes on my phone is my boss…he doesn’t like it when I’m slacking.” ChanHee lied. I hope she falls for this nonsense…
“Oh ok. Do you need me to do anything while your gone? Like maintaining your apartment?”
“No you don’t need to do that. Actually…can you deposit some won in my bank account? I’m coming up short on money and they won’t pay me until after the business trip.”
“Sure. Talk to you later, ok?”
“Yeah yeah.” ChanHee hung up and brushed some sweat off his forehead.

Hyun Seok lowered her arm. I’m pretty sure ChanHee wasn’t the killer. But…I have a doubt somewhere in the back of my mind believing it he is. Oddoke?
A/N: May the shipping begin. Love this chapter~ I'm going to make my chapters longer from this point on, they are way too short for my liking. ^^"
