The car was steaming underneath the rainfall. I couldn't see which way was up or down, my vision was clouded and my ears were ringing. I had so much pain in my head I knew it would be dangerous to fall asleep at this moment. It also felt like there was something lodged into my collar bone, making it almost impossible to move my neck around.

I remember coughing up dust and blood. There was glass everywhere as I brushed my hands against the deflated airbags and feeling more sticky blood all down my front. My eyes were barely opened to truly notice the towering silhouette running through the broken glass. I swear it was a man, with long hair and dark clothing but it could have easily been my state of hallucinations.

It wasn't until I felt my body float up into the air with a strong grip wrapped around my neck and waist that I realized the man was real.

He rescued me, pulling me from the wreckage and careful not to bother with my pain. My mind was shutting down, going off and on like a light switch every time I tried to stay awake. He did not speak but his arms carried me all the way through the front seat.

I was placed to my knees, rain and blood all washing down my face. When I opened my eyes, a dark brown glow stared back between the man's wet lashes. I couldn't move or scream as the man cupped my face into his palms. His dusty blonde hair was hidden under a beanie and when I blacked out again my body fell forward.

When I woke for the last time he had me in his arms. I was upside down, my limbs all spread out into the open air. Rain tickled my face as I watched the smashed SUV's head lights burn out. We were through the tree bank when more lights flashed through the rain. I couldn't stay awake to scream for help, and I certainly couldn't stay awake to see who had rescued me.

Sunlight was evident, burning red lights through my closed eyelids. I tired to swallow but the burning itch had me choking immediately. When I came to I was introduced to a brand new surrounding, a bedroom with nothing but white decorations and bare sunlight through closed and thin curtains.

I huffed out a weak breath, moving my body across the sheets. I was on the bed, my dark and muddy clothes staining the pure white color. I was able to get up onto one elbow but my right arm stung my insides as I tried to move it next. I yelped, falling back into the mattress. There was a blue sling strapped down against my neck, holding my collar bone into place. It hurt to even flinch. One slightly off move shot pain through my chest and I gasped out intensely.

I groaned, sitting up to put pressure on my right collar bone. The pain was unbearable, shooting all the way up into the back of my neck.

What the hell happened?

I couldn't remember anything from before. I remember Liam and Benny both leaving me behind with my baby out of reach. As I sit up in the bed again I finally notice my reflection in the mirror across the room. Blood ran from my nose at one point in the night, stained against my pale, sickly skin. My clothes were stiff from the mud and ripped up were my new sling could hold my collar bone in place. The sheets underneath me were permanently stained in dark spots, my body printed against it's white mattress.

I looked around for my backpack but there was nothing. That had everything I needed, I began to panic. That had all the last information I had on Harry's location. Whoever found me last night must have it, which means they can find him too.
