"What's with the dark look?" Sawyer asked as she found Oliver at the Great Hall, not touching his lunch. He turned to her, smiling lightly.

"Had a nice Christmas?"

"Actually, yes," she grinned, "but, again, what's with the dark look?"

"I've been thinking, and... What if the Dementors would attack again? We can't lose every match because Harry─" Oliver broke off, lowering his voice, "because Harry can't keep on the broom. I need to do something. You think I would find a seeker that late into the year?"

"Ginny Weasley is pretty good," she pointed out, "it's not her first choice, seeker, but she'd do well."

"Oh, that's good... Now I need to speak with Harry," Oliver seemed bitter. "I'd hate getting him out of the team, but, well, I have to win the cup, you see?"

"I know, I know," she said simply, and a moment later Lee came up.

"Hello, hello! Had a great time during Christmas?" he snatched a chicken from Sawyer's plate.

"It  would've been better if you were with us," Sawyer joked, "but it was fairly fun. Percy finally likes me."

"I'm sure you would've survived without his affection," Lee mumbled as he watched the red haired who was already waving around his badge proudly. "You know the whole family, right?" Sawyer nodded, "then how come he's that much of a git?"

"Every family has one," Oliver shrugged. "I like him, but he has a stick really deep up his arse."

"You guys are just too nice."

"Come on, Ron, you were always saying how boring Scabbers was," said Fred bracingly. "And he's been off-color for ages, he was wasting away. It was probably better for him to snuff it quickly -- one swallow -- he probably didn't feel a thing."

"Fred!" said Ginny indignantly.

"All he did was eat and sleep, Ron, you said it yourself," said George.

"He bit Goyle for us once!" Ron said miserably. "Remember, Harry?"

"Yeah, that's true," said Harry, and Sawyer simply rolled her eyes.

She often wondered if she saw too much, or if everyone else just saw so little.

"His finest hour," said Fred, unable to keep a straight face, especially at Sawyer's laughter. "Let the scar on Goyle's finger stand as a lasting tribute to his memory. Oh, come on, Ron, get yourself down to Hogsmeade and buy a new rat, what's the point of moaning?"

"Yeah, we already have enouh moaning," Sawyer added begrudgingly. Fred and George gave her a look so suggestive that she didn't hesitate to throw pillows at them. "I am talking about Myrtle."

"Sure you are."

"So are you and Wood dating already?" Harry wondered, looking quite amused.

"Harry!" she whined, throwing a pillow at him as well, as Ginny laughed.

But Ron didn't seem any happier, and soon after stalked off.

"Percy's much more fun to hang around with these days," Sawyer pointed out, annoyance coloring her voice. The twins now enjoyed hanging out with her and often dragged her around everywhere, and her and Lee took turns in taking breaks from them.

No matter how much energy you have, you can't keep up with the Weasley twins.

"Nearly."

"I don't even know the big deal, the rat's not dead, and if he was, it would be better off." Fred and George both frowned, but Ginny was speaking with a boy from her year and didn't hear anything.
