There was a deadly silent.
It was the kind of silence that haunted a hundred years old house. The eerie silence, that could send a chill to your very soul.
And that just had to be what Sawyer opened her eyes to.
She blinked, but her eyes refused to get used to the darkness, and she slowly sat up, the blanket covering her slipping and exposing the white t-shirt that stuck to her sweaty body.
She made an attempt to swing her legs over to the ground, still holding the blanket, but the blanket wouldn't budge. She squinted her eyes, catching at last the fact that someone fell alseep with his upper body placed on the blanket.
Too built and slightly too short to be either of the twins, it left only Charlie- unless Percy suddenly started working out and took sudden liking to Sawyer.
"Charlie?" she wondered, confused at him being there. The two were on fairly good terms, but that still left her at awe as to why he was sleeping next to her, and not in his bed. Her voice was raspy and her throat as though objected to use her vocal cords. "Charlie," she attempted again.
"M-wha?" he barely opened his eyes, blinking. His eyes caught the figure in the dark, and he felt around, grabbing his wand. "Lumos."
The light that suddenly illuminated the room was too bright for Sawyer's un-adjusted eyes, and she blinked rapidly, hiding her eyes.
"Sorry," Charlie sheepishly grinned, putting the wand away, though it still illuminated the dark room. After a few moments, Sawyer finally managed to see properly, and she put down her arms, watching as Charlie stood up, looking around him. "Where's Bill?" he mumbled, before turning back to Sawyer. "Hold on, I'll go get Bill. And Mum! Of course, Mum," he added in a mutter.
"No!" Sawyer squeaked, and Charlie raised his eyebrow, facing her once more. "I mean, I'm fine! No need to wake anyone up. I'll be on my way--"
"What way?" he laughed, "you just woke up after three days of-" he made a gesture of a flat line, meaning she was passed out through the whole time. Shrugging, he tucked his hand in his pocket. "You're not going anywhere, Sawyer."
"I--"
The door to the room opened, Bill entering with a water cup in his hand, yawning.
He halted, realizing Sawyer's awake. Grinning, he turned on the light, the two blinking twice before adjusting.
"Hey, you're awake! I'll go get Mum--"
"No!" Sawyer repeated, scrambling to her feet and attempting to make a run fo it.
She stumbled over her feet, and Charlie caught her easily. "What's the hurry?" he wondered, "go get Mum, Bill."
"What? No--" But Bill was already out, and Charlie showed her back to her bed.
"Now, stay here, I'll get you water."
"I hate you."
"You love me," he said simply, shutting the door on her. Sawyer shrugged, getting out bed again, pulling at the door handle.
Locked.
"I really hate him."

"It's been an absolute uproar," Percy told them importantly the Sunday evening before they were due to return to Hogwarts. "I've been putting out fires all week. People keep sending Howlers, and of course, if you don't open a Howler straight away, it explodes. Scorch marks all over my desk and my best quill reduced to cinders."
