"I don't know what to say."

Sawyer looked at Lee, who was staring- hanging mouth- at Fred. George laid in Fred's bed casually. Fred grinned up at Lee almost bashfully, and Sawyer smiled widely at the cute blush on his freckled cheeks.

"I--"

The door to the dorm room opened and inside walked Kenneth Towler.

"Heyo," Lee greeted their roommate. His dark eyes watched the group, but he sighed simply. "Do you really think it's appropriate for you to be here as a Headgirl?" he asked Sawyer. He always asked the same question, but recently, with her new position (or rather, power waiting to be abused), he added a portion to it.

"That's literally the spot that the seed of trouble rests in, my job requires me to be here as much as possible."

Kenneth walked right to his bed, covered his head with the blanket, and  muttered "Muffliato," before the two sides were disconnected.

"I wonder why they stopped teaching us this charm," Lee stated casually.

"Charlie said that when Flitwick taught them that he literally used it whenever he could because it was just so useful," Fred stated easily, grabbing a colorful ball he had on his bed.

"Hold on, we were in the middle of a discussion!" Lee cried out in shock, "You asked Hermione out!"

"That is indeed what I said prior to Kenneth's interruption."

The group all looked at him strangely, before he shrugged. "Whatever, dude. So you're going together to Hogsmeade?"

"They won't," Sawyer stated sharply, her eyes suddenly on the window.

"Huh?"

"Don't trouble your pretty little heads." her voice was laced with a failed attepmt of being cheerful, and within a moment she stood up. "I'm suddenly exhausted. I must leave."

"Saywer--"

But she was already practically running out the room.

"It's way past curfew," Lee sighed to himself. The twins turned to look at each other.

"There she goes again."

"I will not accept this!"

"Bada--!"

A sharp howl cut her off, and Agambir and Koda (the small puppy was anything but small at this point) growled as they menancingly paced closer.

"Stop it!" Sawyer attempted.

A spider web was shot at her mouth, as she just barelly dodged, and her eyes glowed red as she looked to Aragog's eldest, before Mosag had most of the colony.

"You shouldn't have," she hissed, and stepping closer, an arm stopped her. Firenze. "Take you bloody hand off of me, now, or you will lose everything you value on this Earth."

"THE BLOODY GIANT MUST LEAVE!" a voice howled, and Bada was again attempting to hurt the werewolf.

"The forest is not yours!"

"We do not mind," Aragog's eldest repeated one of the few sentences he could utter in English. Sawyer sharply looked around her, firing a spell that looked like a bolt of lightning at a bush. Out of it jumped

"Borf," Sawyer sighed in relief as the werewolf dodged. He walked to the girl, rubbing his head on her hand, before peacefully sitting by Agambir. As Sawyer found out, Borf was a sibling born on the same day as Agambir, and his right hand man (or wolf, in fact), and would later be Koda's. He was the voice of reason.

"Guys, settle down. All of you," Sawyer demanded.

"What's your offer?"

"For you all to go fuck yourself," she stated with a huff, walking off deeper into the forest. All of the beings looked at her, staying silent as she stalked off.

She was walking to where Grawp was sleeping.

"There are other giants in the Forest," Firenze pointed out, "and they are not as nearly as troubling at the trolls."

"But he does not belong here," Ronan stated, looking at the outcast of the Centaurs.

Koda huffed out, and the two werewolves howled a laugh.

Everyone would agree that the Bugbears are the worst.

"Another day, another missing Sawyer," Lee sung out as they sat next to Hermione. George was on his left, and Fred squeezed to Hermione's right.

"What do you mean?" the girl wondered, not even greeting the group.

"She ran off somewhere last night, so she's missing now." The three friends looked at each other, their smiles grim.

"Again," they all said together.

"Aren't you worried about her? Last time she disappeared she literally returned on the verge of dying!"

"Who this," a voice asked, muffled by a muffin stuck in her mouth.

"Look who is surprisingly alive," Fred joked, but truth lingered in his words. Her cheeks were sunken again, as though months passed since she ate properly, and not merely hours.

"I'm never gonna die," Sawyer said, but no humor was in her voice. She looked at the group around her. "I may no longer be living, but I cannot die."

"What?"

An owl saved her from the conversation, as it swooped right in front of her. "Padfoot and Moony!" she grinned, opening the letter quickly. "I gotta go,  bye losers!"

She disappeared within moment, a muffin with a single bite mark still on the dining table. Hermione looked puzzled, but Lee looked miserable.

"She's gonna be the end of me."
