"Harmony within, hurricane without."
Meditate. Focus. Draw the static from within. The Arc is inside all life.
You must feel it take hold, let it flow through, but not consume you. You are a conduit. Between sky and earth. Electricity and matter. Life and death.

Walking back to the ship Amber is jumping and skipping all along the way. Nearly knocking over different vendors' stands and products. All the while I'm looking at my arms trying to comprehend what had just happened. I was almost certain Amber and I had killed my old mentor, and what frightened me more was that I had done something that hadn't been seen for years and now we were going to go to the Reef and see how this whole ordeal was going to play out.
"Amber?" I ask, "Is there a reason you are so happy about whatever the heck just happened back there? We literally just killed someone of somewhat importance over by the Vanguard and they watched us and didn't do a thing about it."
"Haha, August I don't think you know how funny that sounds to me. Trust me you wouldn't believe how many people I have killed to find you and get you to safety."
"Woah wait a minute, did you just say you had killed people to find me? You were introduced to me in the Reef and didn't know who I was, so I find it hard to believe that you have done that."
"August, sweetie, I was told one simple thing, 'There's a guardian that is going to be waiting for revival and bring him this ghost to him and make sure he is revived. Leave the planet without a trace if you find him and ensure he gets back to me.' The guardian who had asked me to do this was none other than my good friend Snackless or otherwise known as Shannon. She told me she had found a paper with handwriting that could have been yours."
"Wait she had a paper with my handwriting on it? Did she know me in my last life? I didn't think anyone from my life had made it to where I am now."
"Look August before we explain this more I want to get inside the ship, so once we are there I can explain a little more about you, and maybe if I can get Shannon away from the wolves for long enough we can get you situated and get you reunited with her."
We come back to the ship and see Cayde-6 and Amanda Holliday talking standing right beside our ship. Without using my better judgment I decided to talk to them and ask if we were ready for departure.
"Well August, that was a little bit of a entertainment back there. Hopefully we don't end up going down that route again, I'd prefer to not have to get a new body again, and I'm sure that I don't want this lovely lady to become an exo like me." Cayde laughs,
"Hold up hotshot, this ship is the only reason I'm here, so Cayde don't make me report your actions to the Vanguard. I'm here to work and that's all, don't have time for romance when the edge of humanity lies on the hands of the guardians we are sending out there." Amanda replies.
"Hey, so is our ship ready to go? All we really needed was to get some fuel, we are due back to the Reef ASAP." Amber adds
"Sure thing guardians, your ship is in flying condition and is completely ready to go for a decent while before having to refuel." Amanda reports.
"Thank you," Amber and I say with a bow. "We will be back here sometime, keep a spot open for us."
We board the ship and begin to depart. Wanting to hear more about Shannon, I strapped down in the cockpit with Amber so once we took off I could just start to get a bit more information.
