chapter 8

The next morning I woke up with a fucking killer headache, I groaned and pulled the sheets over my head blocking out the sunlight, that’s when I realised I wasn’t alone in the bed. I looked to my right and saw frank awake and looking at me I groaned and rolled over

“Fuck off frank” I mumbled I didn’t want to talk to him

He wrapped his arms around me hugging me from behind.

“I’m so fucking sorry” he whispered in my ear “I was drunk I regret is so much you know I will always love you gee” he said before kissing my neck. I moved away from him

“fuck off!” I said angrily he curled in closer to me

“Frank get the fuck out of my bed I have a massive hangover and I need to sleep” I said with a groan laying on my stomach and burying my head into the pillow.

“I’m sorry gee” he whispered before walking out.

Mikey walked in “fucking hell gee. Wake the fuck up”

“no mikey I don’t see the point in living anymore” I mumbled then I just realised what I had said and to my brother. Fuck he shouldn’t have to deal with all my shit. I groaned and got up and looked at Mikey’s worried face.

“I hate to see you like this Gerard” he said softly  I hugged him

“I’m so sorry mikey you shouldn’t have to deal with all my fucked up shit” 

“I’m your brother gee that’s my job. And I have my fucked up times too”

I scoffed “you’ve always been the happy loveable one I’m the fucked up one” then I remembered something “hey mikey how’s that Alicia chick from last night?” I asked cheekily

Mikey’s cheeks went bright red I laughed at him

“Come on gee your fine now just get some coffee. We’ll be in Belleville soon”  

I looked at the open door like frank was just waiting to get me as soon as I walked out.

Mikey sighed “fine I’ll bring the coffee in here” and he walked out.  Then I remembered frank and I had arranged to stay at Lindsey’s for a week. Well fuck. I needed to forgive frank he was drunk and I know he regrets it. It’s not like he would see her again or anything.

Mikey came back in with my coffee I drunk it gladly. Then I noticed frank standing in the doorway awkwardly mikey saw where I was looking turned around then smiled hugely at me.

“Umm mikey Alicia wants you” frank said I raised my eyebrows at my little brother Alicia stayed in the bus last night probably in Mikey’s bed with him.

Mikey blushed “umm she was drunk and she’s from Belleville her ride fell through, she was smashed”

I laughed “it’s okay mikey” he smiled then went out of the room.  “use protection” I called after him frank chuckled and mikey turned around and looked between frank and i.

“Just because you don’t need to” he said and smirked as my cheeks went red franks were red as well. Mikey left and closed the door behind him.

Frank walked towards me slowly like I could get scared and run off

“Gee I’m so” he was cut off by jumping up from the bed and crashing my lips against his, he kissed me back wrapping his arms around my back he pushed me down on the bed, and I realised that I was only wearing boxers. Well that was handy.

We arrived outside Lindsey’s house.

“This isn’t going to be awkward right?” I asked frank nervously as we got off the bus.

“Nah it won’t be that bad. At least Lindsey’s nice and not like Jamia” he said

The door burst open and Lindsey rushed out

“gerard!” she yelled hugging me

“wow Lindsey” I said as she stepped back she blushed

“umm” then she seemed to finally notice frank “oh shit. Hey frank!” she said hugging him too. We walked into the house

“I promise it will only be a couple of days” I said

“Don’t worry it’s fine. You can stay as long as you like” she said

“I promise we’ll be gone in a week”

She sighed “well whatever you know I won’t care either way”
