I hold the necklace containing the last memory of my little brown in my hands. Something about this memory was special and had managed to bring so much pain to Clover, and yet...I feel like it was meant to be seen in the darkest of times. Everyone was celebrating, the Potters were still recovering, but little Lily had gotten closer to me and I spent the rest of the party with her. She laughs and smiles everytime I change my hair or my eyes, or even my voice.

"Why do you have that necklace?" She asks innocently. I look down at my hand, the memory slowly glowing more.

"It was my friend's..."
"Is it a memory? Like the ones in the Headmistress' office?" I nod, turning the little crystal sphere in between my fingers.

"Yeah..." I sigh, putting it inside my pocket. As more people start arriving, the less I have time to say goodbye. People congratulate us saying how we are the future of our world.

"Congratulations son, you will change this world for the better." Someone says behind me.

"Why thank you my good sir. I hope by the time you get to office, your beard will be long enough". I say , my voice very deep and old.

"I'm going to take that as a compliment, Lupin."

"Very well, my young pupil...I have to leave...I can't be celebrating" I say looking down.

"What do you mean leave? where are you going?"

"I need to look for her...I know this sounds mental, but I'm going to live until I know she's okay".

"You're right.. It sounds completely insane... but I probably would be doing the same if I was in your position... " He pauses. "Just... just take care of yourself, mate."

"I know you've asked me to get back with Victorie, but she's not...she doesn't understand my motives...Just, don't tell anyone. I'll keep in touch, and I might need your sister's information in America. Something tells me she's there". I say, looking around to make sure no one was close enough to hear us.

"America? Teddy... how long do you think you'll be overseas? we still need you here... I know you want to find Ana and all, but America?... I don't need Clover to be crying, not knowing where her other best friend is."

"She has you, though. She loves you, she doesn't need me". I say sincerely. I am alone in this world, yes I have some sort of family, but something about this girl makes me complete...and if I can bring her back, I will go to the end of the world to find her.

The wedding was sooner than expected, but at the time, it had taken them years to finally make the decision. I look down at the letter once more time, wondering how they found out where I was staying. American wizarding mail service was not as precise as London, but i'm glad to know my two best friends have finally reached their happy ending.

"Sir, this is all the information we can give you about the school is here. I assure you we have done our best to provide information, However our laws prevent us from sharing information about our staff members. I hope you understand". The young witch looked at me with kind smile, but winked at me, her half moon shaped glasses falling slowly from her nose.
