Preface – A Note from ShadowsGirl101
Dear Readers,
This fanfiction is based off of the Sonic Boom universe. It draws inspiration from both the TV show and the games – not so much the comics this time around.
Please note that as we truly do not know much about the world of Sonic Boom beyond what we see in the media presented to us, many of the details of what goes on in this new world are unexplained and thus left open to creative interpretation, which I will be employing regularly. Some of the details of this story will be based on my own personal theories about New Mobius' functions and geography, the characters' backstories, etc. It is in no way canon, nor will it be 100% accurate.
Also note that in the time period in which the Sonic-TMNT crossover prior to this took place, Sonic Boom had not yet been announced. Thus, Kay has no knowledge of it whatsoever and is going in completely blind.
