(Get it? Instead of 'love at first sight' it's 'love at frostbite' xD lol! I need friends...)

Jack and Elsa became great friends and spent most of their time together. Jack watched as Elsa grew from a naive pre-teen to an intelligent teenager. Throughout the time she spent with Jack, her powers got stronger, and she became more depressed and distant. One day when Elsa was around eighteen, Jack flew into Elsa's window to find Elsa lying on the ground crying.

Jack's P.O.V

"Elsa? What's wrong?" I asked.

"It's my parents... they-. They-." Elsa sobbed.

I already knew by the expression on her face.

"Elsa... I'm so sorry." I sighed.

"They tried so hard to help me conceal my powers, but I shut them out along with everyone else." Elsa sighed.

"Elsa you shouldn't have to conceal your powers, they're a gift, not a curse." I assured.

"No, Jack! I'm cursed with this until the day I die! You don't understand!" Elsa yelled.

I realized that I was being pushed away from Elsa further and further. I decided to leave, and never come back, at least not for a while. For once, I ignored the moon and went my own way.

3 years later:

Elsa's P.O.V

I rushed across the fjord covering it in ice. I could hear Anna yelling my name behind me. Where did I go wrong? I guess I had just lost my temper... I didn't want to lose Anna after I had basically just met her for the first time in forever! Also, she couldn't have married a man she had just met! I wish I never would've accidentally struck her with ice, then I probably would've been able to live a normal life! I walked up the cold mountain pondering what it would've been like to be a normal person. In the midst of wondering, I realized I saw footprints in the snow. Who would be crazy enough to be in the mountains right now? I followed the foot prints to find a boy with white hair sitting in the snow.

"Jack?" I whispered.

"Elsa?" Jack smiled.

Jack flew over to me and hugged me, but I pushed him away.

"What's wrong Elsa? Aren't you happy to see me?" Jack asked.

I ignored him and kept walking up the mountain.

"Elsa, c'mon! What's wrong?" Jack asked, putting his hand on my shoulder.

I turned around and glared at him.

"Go away Jack! Why are you here now? Why couldn't you have been there when I needed you the most?! Besides I'm a monster, you don't want to be around me!" I snapped.

My knees buckled and I fell to the ground sobbing.

Jack's P.O.V

I looked at Elsa with pure sadness in my eyes.

"You're not a monster." I said.

I extended my hand and she hesitantly looked at it.

"You don't have to be afraid anymore Elsa." I smiled.

Elsa slowly took my hand and stood up.

"I just need to let it go." Elsa sighed, and walked forward.

She let her cape and glove fly away with the wind. She started to test her powers out and before you knew it, she made an entire ice castle. She took her hair out of the bun and it fell into a messy braid. Her dress changed within seconds and she looked beautiful. Elsa looked over at me and smiled.

"So Frost, what've you been up to?" Elsa asked, creating a chair we could sit in.

"I've just been sitting around being invisible until yesterday." I shrugged.

"What happened yesterday?" Elsa asked.

"Pitch, the one who make nightmares, told me to meet with him." I said.

"Pitch, as in, bad guy Pitch?" Elsa asked.

I nodded.

"Oh... so what made you come here?" Elsa asked.

"Pitch..." I said, telling Elsa what happened.

~Flashback~

Pitch looked at me and smiled.

"So Jack Frost, you actually took me up on my invitation?" Pitch smirked.

"Just tell me what you want Pitch." I snarled.

"I wanted to tell you a story. You know, I once met one very much like yourself."

"Is that so?" I scoffed.

"Oh yes. Although human, she too was gifted with very amazing powers. But she was merely a child, and as you know children are prone to fear." Pitch smirked.

"What does this have to do with me?" I asked.

"Be patient Frost, and listen." Pitch snapped.

"Whatever." I shrugged.

"She ended up sacrificing a great deal for the sake of her younger sister, Anna. Well, of course she didn't sacrifice as much as you did. I mean, you died, so your sister could live. but every day she died a little inside so her family would be safe from herself." Pitch said.

"But.. That sounds like-" I hesitated.

"I would love to say that this story has a happy ending as most stories do, but sadly this one does not. She still lives in fear and isolation, the future is not on her side and she could be in danger. But sadly no one can change the story." Pitch said.

"Why did you tell me this?" I asked.

"I laugh at your pity and sadness." Pitch laughed.

~Flashback Over~

"I was worried that something had happened to you." I confessed.

"Well let's say my coronation didn't go so well... Everyone knows." Elsa sighed.

"Wow." I said.

"I was always told not to let the people in and never to let them see. I had

to conceal, and not feel, and never to let them know, but now they know. But now that I'm away, I feel so amazing and free!" Elsa smiled.

"That's amazing Elsa!" I smiled.

Elsa nodded and stared at the ground.

"Gosh Elsa, you're gorgeous." I smiled.

"And you're crazy." Elsa laughed.

"I'm serious!" I said.

"I am too." Elsa giggled.

I slumped my shoulders and looked at the ground.

"Well, I have to go." I sighed.

"Why?" Elsa asked.

"I'm a guardian, I have to go protect the children of the world." I smiled.

"Promise you'll come back tomorrow?" Elsa pleaded.

"I promise." I smirked.

I flew out the window with the same feeling I had when I first met Elsa... love.

It was great seeing Jack! I've really missed him a lot! I feel a certain warmth with him that I don't feel with anyone else. He makes me so happy! I've never been happier! I really hope I can see him again soon!
