James' POV
Taking a deep breath, I walked into Studio A and heard a familiar sob. I walked more closer, saw a petite girl crying her out. It was Riley. She sat there sobbing, her knees right close to her chest and warms wrapped around her legs. I froze. I didn't what to do or say? Of course I'm mad at her, but I still love her with all my heart. I don't ever want to see her like this! It just hurts too much. I love her way too much.
Riley's POV
I heard footsteps coming closer, I looked up...James. It's been six weeks. He's still drop dead gorgeous as ever! I sat there frozen, admiring at my ex-boyfriend. Until James spoke up, "Riley what's wrong? Is everything okay" I looked at him deeply in the eyes. "James...it's Alfie..he just left me...he already has a girlfriend...he just wanted to distract me...so The Next Step couldn't get to Regionals." I slowly replied also showing him the scars on my arms. I saw the calmness from James' eyes turn into anger. "Who did this?" He said louder and angrier. I swallowed then biting my lip, "Alfie..." James stormed towards the door, I ran after him and pulled him. "Where are you going?" I asked worried. "To give that fucking idiot a piece of my mind, no-one ever touches or hurts my girl...and they definitely do not leave scars on my angel's arms." He replied from anger to calmness. "Angel? You still care about me?" I ask stunned. "Yes...Riley I still love you...with all my heart..." I don't know what to say? All I feel is amazing, more than I imagined a boy ever would make me feel. "I love you too..and I'm not just saying that..I really do...I can't stop thinking about you." I say smiling and moving closer to James, our noses touching and smelling his body fragrance. Then James places a short, sweet peck on my lips.
James' POV
I'm glad me and Riley are back together but I don't think our business is over yet. We walk into Java Junction, and find Alfie sitting there strumming his guitar. "James...Riley?" He says scared and surprised. "Why do you ever think it's okay to hurt her like that?" I say, with a loud, angry tone in my voice. "Oh, so you guys back together again? You guys are really strong? Strong relationship. But James, why would you ever waste your time on a pathetic girl like her?" As I hear him taking rubbish about my girl, I clench my fists ready to give him a big wack on the face! I grab his shirt and pull him closer, "Don't ever talk shit about my princess...she ain't pathetic and I don't think all your Swiss critics will think any good of you!" I shout making everyone turn and look at us, I throw him on the sofa hard, scaring him. I clench my fists once more, this time really going for it, I wack him on the face."Baby...baby...leave him..he's too useless to waste your energy with." Riley says, pulling my bicep to stop me. I smile at her and wrap my arms protectively all over body, as we watch Alfie leave. Me and Riley hold hands and head home to continue with our make out session.
