Before squash, I was involved in all sorts of physical activities. Cycling had been one of them, often made a weekly activity on Saturday with my friends. I enjoyed it very much, especially since Maika enjoyed it as well. Both of us were often together anyways, so it was not strange that Maika would finally join our outing tomorrow.

"I can't wait till tomorrow Sis!" I kicked up the blankets in excitement. Maika seemed to have expected this, for she immediately tucked in the blanket in a way that would restrain my movements.

"Yes yes, but if you don't sleep now you'll have to wait much longer for tomorrow." Gasping at her words, I quickly went silent and tried to sleep. I definitely didn't want to wait any longer, nor did I want to end up sleepy on the trip tomorrow. Maika simply shook her head with a smile as she kissed my forehead gently. Then, she went back to her side of the room, where an identical bed similar to mine was. She climbed into it as well, turning off the lamp beside her, cloaking the entire room in darkness.

"Good night, Jun~"

"Good night Sis!" Slowly, I felt myself drift away to sleep.

A period of silence and darkness later, I awoke to the soft sunlight filtered through my curtains. By now, my parents should have gone to work, leaving only me and Maika in the house. I turned to my left to see Maika's bed empty and already made up, meaning I was the last one to wake up. What if, what if everyone else had gone cycling already and left me behind?! Immediately I shot up from the bed, got dressed quickly and ran to the living room. Luckily, I wasn't greeted by a silent and lonely house but the sound of the television. On the couch in front me, Maika's head could be seen peeking over the leather, which meant that she hadn't left yet.

I had probably been too loud getting ready, for the moment I entered Maika's head had turned slightly to give me a sideways glance.

"Morning Jun, you're already awake! Good, go finish up your breakfast over there, we're leaving soon."

"Okay!" I then proceeded to wolf down my food. I didn't want to make Maika wait any longer; heck she was already wearing her socks in the house! By the time I was done, Maika had turned off the TV and called from the foyer.

Wait, she turned off the TV? Wasn't it...?

...

"Jun! C'mon hurry up we're going to be late!"

"Yeah gimme a sec!" After a quick minute of getting ready, we were finally heading to the meeting area. The meeting area which was the park was devoid of anybody at the moment, well all except for three people waiting for us with their respective bikes.

"Yo! You guys are late!" At this, Maika simply scratched her head.

"Well, Jun woke up late so-"

"You could have woke me up you know!"

"I tried but you slept like the dead!"

Everyone simply laughed... well I guess anyone would do that too if it didn't happen every single time. While Maika was the type that loved to wake up early and get things done, I was the opposite of that. Also, I'm immune to alarms and loud noises while sleeping. Thanks to this tiny difference, it seemed to become the cause of most of our arguments. Anyways, we were finally here, and that was the important part-

But I don't remember this part...? Did I really go cycling with Maika?

"Okay c'mon, let's go!" Each bicycle kicked off the dirt as we begun our trip. Everyone had different paces except for Maika and I, who simply decided to enjoy the view more rather than catching up with the rest. The wind blew our trademark black hair about, cooling our faces as we cycled.
